The beaches at La Manga are simply outstanding beauty. The La Manga area is host to many beaches of wonderful warm clear waters including the Mar Menor, Europes largest lagoon. Due to the Mar Menor lagoon being so shallow at a depth of only 7 metres at its deepest point, it means during the summer the water becomes very warm. Swimming during the evenings is a possibility and with miles of sandy beaches that are mostly blue flag, there's enough room for everyone

Urbanización Playa Principe are excellent front line beach holiday rental properties in a prime position on the La Manga strip about 1km from the Tomas Maestre Marina is the largest Marina in the Region of Murcia. It is located at the northern end of the La Manga Strip on the Mar Menor. From here you can hire a boat, go scuba diving, fishing etc. There is also a ferry which sails to Sandiago de la Ribera every hour and a tour boat which sails into the Med and around the islands in the Mar Menor.

The Marina has a wealth of international restaurants including French, Asian, Italian, Norwegian, Greek, Mexican as well as traditional Spanish restaurant. The long promenades and walkways make this an ideal location for the elderly or disabled as well as the most enthusiastic sports enthusiasts. In fact it has something for everyone

During the summer, the beaches offer a variety of watersports, sailing, powerboat trips and scubadiving. 20 minutes from La Manga Golf Club.

It is not just the spectacular selection of blue-flag beaches and history of Mucia that attracts many visitors to this region, it also boasts a spectacular coastline and one of the most famous of its stretches is The La Manga Strip. This unique up and coming area situated on the Costa Calida or The Warm Coast is an ideal location for sea lovers and with the Mar Menor on one side and the Mediterranean on the other it almost feels like an island.

If you like to play golf approximately 13 kilometers from the apartment you find the La Manga Golf Club with its 3 championship courses,each offering unique challenges in tranquil surroundings with wonderful views, football academy (where the England team train), tennis academy and 17 restaurants and bars.

To maintain quality standards, safety and privacy for all guests we require compliance the number of guests should not exceed the number initially booked & agreed with us.

The maximum occupancy are as follows: 7 people including infants

The person who makes or pays for the booking must be at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to refuse all female or male groups, stag and hen parties

The property owner is under no obligation to honor a reservation if the number of guests exceeds the stated maximum occupancy.

If upon arrival there are more guests than the property allows, the property owner or manager may choose to cancel the reservation and any monies paid will be forfeited

Check-in is from 16.00 - 22.00 hrs and departure by 10.00. (These times may be flexible).

For arrivals between 22.00 hrs & 23.00 hrs or departures before 7am (at/from the property) there is a charge of ’s payable on arrival to the person that meets you with the keys

For arrivals after 23.00 hrs - 24.00hrs (at the property) there is a charge of 35 euro’s payable on arrival to the person that meets you with the keys

To guarantee a late check out from the property you will need to book and pay for an additional nights stay, which will allow you to stay in the property until your departure for the airport.

If you prefer you can wait until you are in resort and speak with the property managers directly.

Generally a late checkout can only be confirmed a few days before your scheduled departure as it depends on whether an arrival is expected in to the property and whether cleaning schedules can be organized to accommodate. This is granted at the property manager's discretion and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

Depending on the number of extra hours required a small fee will apply.

If Tony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
