This delightful 2 bed Bellaluz apartment is situated in an enviable position on the 1st floor overlooking attractive gardens and the fantastic swimming pool. Bellaluz central plaza is just a short stroll away where you will find a number of boutiques, a pharmacy, well-stocked supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars.

The apartment is comfortably furnished throughout and is equipped with a flat screen television with satellite channels including sky sports. There are two large sofas and air-conditioning in the living room. A separate dining area leads to the balcony which gets the afternoon sun until it goes down.

A modern fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The main bedroom overlooks attractive gardens and has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes.
