From the owner

The villa is just a few steps from the sea and surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. The environment is very quiet, furnished with attention to detail, and there are wide open spaces available. It 'just been executed restructuring. The entrance to the house is reserved and introduces a patio of 30 square meters, half-covered, where you can have lunch and take a shower to return from the sea. Upon entering, you immediately see the large living room, from here you can access through a sliding glass door to a further large terrace. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed; if necessary, you have the possibility of having two comfortable beds more. The kitchen is open to view from the lounge. The are two bedrooms: one with double beds and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower with hydromassage. The house has a satellite connection and has at its disposal a Sky decoder. Externally there is a car park available. The villa is surrounded by greenery and is extremely quiet. It’s ideal to spend in total serenity and relax your holiday with your family or your friends. The beaches are within walking distance (the distance from the nearest beach is a few hundred meters). The house is large enough for 4/6 people.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alessandro (the owner) a message.

If Alessandro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
