Located in the upscale "Apolo XII” residence, this 2-bedroom apartment in Calpe offers an idyllic family retreat, 2 private terraces, partial sea views, access to a sparkling communal pool and 100m from sandy Fossa beach.

Everything is within a 5-minute walk, beach, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. After a day of exploration or beachside relaxation, enjoy family time in a light-filled apartment complete with Wi-Fi and satellite TV, central air conditioning, and If you're bringing a car, you can leave your car parked inside the residence in your own parking place.

The Inside Space:

After a long day at the beach, spend chill-out time relaxing in the bright and airy living area. This contemporary space features a sofa, a flat screen TV, and large terrace doors that welcome in natural light.

Your well-stocked kitchen featuring essential appliances and also access to another private terrace.

When you're ready to snooze, the apartment offers 2 welcoming double bedrooms. Guests can sprawl back in a queen-size bed in the master bedroom. An en-suite bathroom with a bathtub for end-of-day soaks.

A comfy kid-friendly second bedroom has two single beds with access to a guest bathroom with a shower.

For an adventure-filled day out, hurtle down heart-thumping roller coasters at the sprawling theme park of Terra Mitica. Or get drenched on the epic water rides at Aqualandia - one of the biggest water parks in Europe. Both parks are within a 30-minute drive.

For spectacular views of Calpe, hike or climb to the summit of Peñón de Ifac. Just over 10 minutes away by car, this “Gibraltar-like” cliff face rises 332 m above the Mediterranean, and it’s also home to a variety of wildlife and rare local plants.

Just 7 minutes away, the designated nature reserve of Las Salinas is a haven for bird-watchers with its saltwater lagoon and resident population of flamingos.
