This modern luxury Villa Moderna with heated pool is located approximately 1,5 km from Cala Baladrar. The villa is also very close to the Ifach Golf Course where you can get in shape for the big courses in Benidorm, Altea, Javea or Denia.

Villa Moderna is bright, inviting and the perfect place for a wonderful vacation with family and friends in Costa Blanca. Located on a peaceful, friendly side street, you’re only a few minutes away from the beach. Lounge in the sun and enjoy a swim in your own private pool. It is the perfect place for relaxing and entertaining.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Three of the four bedrooms have a terrace with sliding glass doors to enjoy the wonderful outdoors. These bedrooms have luxury king-sized Auping beds. The last bedroom features two single Auping beds (which can be joined together for a king-sized bed). All rooms have wardrobes and air conditioning that can be individually controlled.

You can enjoy 3 bathrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. The bathrooms are all equipped with a large sink, walk-in shower and toilet. The bathroom on the first floor also has a large bath.

The semi-open kitchen is equipped with all Bosch luxury equipment. For example, there is a hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso and kettle.

In the spacious luxury living room there is not only a dining room, but also a wonderful spacious lounge where you can also enjoy a wood-burning stove. Watch TV with different international channels or use the free WIFI.

You can dine all together inside but also outside at the spacious dining table. In the lounge corner you can enjoy the beautiful view. You can heat the pool so that you can swim all year round. The fruit trees in the surrounding garden are lovingly cared for.

You also have one private parking on site. But there is enough space to park several cars in front of the gate.

Please Note:

1: That 1 well behaved dog is allowed with a maximum weight of 7 kg.

2: That a small staircase is required at all times to reach the ground floor.

3: Smoking is NOT allowed in this home.

4.The energy consumption is deducted with the deposit at the end of the stay. An amount of 0.25 cents per KWH will be charged for this. The apartment has a separate electricity meter which is read in your presence at the beginning as well as at the end of your stay.
