"Dar el Marsa" (the house of the harbour) is a very nice villa with sea views situated in the select complex of "Marina del Este" - set in the Punta de la Mona area between Almuñécar and La Herradura with beautiful views to the Mediterranean. This villa is perfect for families with children and couples.

US / Sleeping up to 4 people. The first floor of the property comprises 1 bedroom and 1 suite (bedroom + bathroom), 1 guest toilets, a large living dining room with an open kitchen, several south facing terraces and a private garage. Villa features 1 more suite and 1 more bedroom but can be rented only with 2 bedrooms at a lower rate.

The beach and the marina port with its restaurants and bars are just 800m from the house. South orientation, close by are all amenities and just a short drive to the town centres of Almuñécar and La Herradura. Golf, tennis and padel courts, diving, fitness centre, spa, paragliding, windsurfing, and gymnasiums are all close by. Sierra Nevada winter sports ski and snowboarding is just 90 mins drive inland.

ES / "Dar el Marsa" (la casa del puerto) es un bonito chalet con vistas la mar situado en la exclusiva urbanización de "Marina del Este" entre Almuñécar y La Herradura. Se pueden alojar 4 personas. El primer piso de la propiedad consta de 1 dormitorio y 1 suite (dormitorio + baño), 1 aseo de invitados, un amplio salón-comedor con cocina abierta, varias terrazas orientadas al sur y un garaje privado. Villa cuenta con 1 suite más y 1 dormitorio más, pero se puede alquilar sólo con 2 dormitorios a un ritmo más bajo.

La playa y el puerto deportivo con sus restaurantes están a sólo 800m. Orientación "sur" , muy cercano a las zonas de ocio, de los centros de Almuñécar y de La Herradura con magnífico entorno. Campos de golf, centros equestres, pistas de tenis y de padel, buceo, centros de fitness, spa y gimnasios a proximidad.
