Our Luxury front line beach apartment with private underground parking space! A major advantage in the busy summer season. Somewhere to park your car at any time of the day in the shade!

We rent this apartment from June to September when we are busy in the UK and do not travel to Spain

Fantastic sea views from this luxury 3rd floor (with lift) 3 bedroom apartment located in the lovely village of La Herradura on the Costa Tropica of Andalucia. Entrance to this seafront building is literally 70 metres from the beach which has excellent facilities including playgrounds, exercise equipment, toilets, showers, beach bars, and boat hire.

The apartment has a variety of beach equipment for adults and children including beach chairs, parasols, picnic knapsack set, buckets, spades fishing nets, lilos and games. The nearest bars and restaurants are just 50 metres from the front door of the apartment block.

The luxury block is built in the style of Moorish Architecture with matching tasteful decoration and furbishment. There are marble floors and fully tiled bathrooms throughout. The apartment itself can sleep 5 adults (there is also a baby travel cot if required) and has the advantage of 2 bathrooms (one en-suite in the master bedroom). It has a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, microwave, toaster and everything you need to cook delicious meals with the fabulous fresh ingredients from the local market.

The 3rd floor balcony has sea views and is the perfect place to dine alfresco, or enjoy a bottle of Cava or Champagne from our silver champagne stand on the balcony overlooking the stunning bay of La Herradura and the fantastic sunsets.

If you prefer to eat inside, the lounge diner has a dining table and 6 chairs. The lounge has soft seating for 5 people and a TV & DVD player. There is also a CD player and excellent Wifi access. The roomy Master Bedroom has a double wardrobe and full en suite facilities. The second bedroom has twin beds and a double wardrobe, and shares the second bathroom with the 3rd single bedroom that has a large chest of drawers.

There is a laundry room outside the kitchen, a washing machine and a roof terrace drying area.
