Our Penthouse Home in La Herradura, Costa Tropical has been elegantly styled with a warm and atmospheric finish. The newly fitted terrace lounge is perfect for enjoying breakfast as well dining outdoors. It protects from wind, rain and excess sunshine too. High quality furnishing and home decor have been personally selected and brought from many parts around the world, now for you to enjoy the harmony of it too.

The penthouse is naturally fitted with air conditioning/heating and is having a free of charge in-house secured Wi-Fi connection.

Spanish digital (Smart TV) television with many bilingual channel selections and a possibility to follow your favorite TV series or watch movies through your NETFLIX account.

The Penthouse Home is perfect for 4 (four) persons, ideally 1-2 couples or a small family. It can be neatly “divided” into two independent units e.g. for the night, thus providing additional privacy.

Needless to say the newly designed non-smoking penthouse home is fully equipped to make your time here relaxing, regardless of your holiday interests. The contemporary styled high quality Nolte (German) kitchen is quite adequate for cooking in, if you so choose and enjoy dining on the stunning 85 Sq. m huge sunny terrace.

The penthouse terrace, which can be entered from 3 different see-through doors is indeed a multipurpose “summer house / winter garden” in itself. You may like to start the day there by your favourite morning exercise and choose to have the breakfast in one of the sunny corners or just simply enjoy the sea and mountain scenery in the rocking chair. In addition to various terrace furniture set's you have also the opportunity to relax in a sun lounger throughout the day and access the property owner's outdoor pool by lift for a refreshing swim.

Additionally the Penthouse also offers the following:

A dishwasher, a washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, high quality dinner- and tableware and Bose media player loudspeakers to mention a few. Your shopping's can be dropped in the garage and easily taken by lift to the front door of the penthouse.

Though sunshine is what most of us is looking for it's not to be forgotten that one of the most amazing things about the sunny Costa Tropical area is that it's only 45 minutes south of one of the best ski resorts in Spain. People often describe this area as unique because you can drive to the slopes in the morning, ski all day and then be back to the sunny and warm Mediterranean coast.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mike (the owner) a message.

If Mike (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
