Within cycling distance from the beach (ca. 1500 meters), this contemporary Villa in 2012 the apartment completely renovated and offers accommodation for up to 5 people.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of the Gulf in La Grande Motte, within walking distance from the Lake and shops, very close to the golf course of La Grande Motte from the kitchen, living room and the terrace you have a view to the golf and pool. The apartment consists of: open plan kitchen and living room, 1 terrace (12 m 2), 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 other bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub and 1 separate toilet.

The apartment is fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher air conditioning and internet. There is no no bed linen and towels provided. Final cleaning is compulsory and costs 45 euros.

La Grande-Motte is a small city on the sea, classified as ' heritage of the twentieth century '' by Unesco! The geographical location is very good, close to Montpellier and Nîmes and at the gateway to the Camargue. In fact, this is the ideal starting point for tours to the Provence and the hinterland of the Languedoc as full day or half day excursions. There are also many wine regions in the region of the ' Pic St Loup ' and ' Montpeyroux ' in the Herault and the countryside to the North.

We will be happy to give you tips on the area: tourist spots, restaurants, activities ... and you will find tourist information and magazines in the apartment to make your stay more enjoyable to find!
