CHECK IN & OUT

On arrival we will meet you at the apartment, show you around and give you any helpful information you may need with the apartment or the area. We are happy to supply you with 2 sets of keys for your stay. Our check out time is 10 am and check in time is 4 pm. We try to be as flexible as possible as we understand that arrival and departure times can vary depending on your travel schedule. If you arrive early and the apartment is mid-preparation, we will let you leave your luggage in the apartment and let you know as soon as it is ready. Likewise if you are leaving late we are happy for you to store your luggage and collect it before you depart.

NB: All prices includes Meet &Greet, check-out, cleaning the apartment and final changing of linen and towels.

The French Riviera - Cote d'Azur region

In the Sunny south-east part of France, stretching from the southern Alps to the French Riviera and adjacent to Italy and Monaco to the east, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is a land of many contrasts.

The landscape of inland Provence is alluring with stunning rock formations and rich coloured dazzling soils. Between the rugged hills and mountains, there are deep gorges, fertile valleys filled with carpets of lavender, almond groves and ancient olive trees and vines. You can everywhere smell the pleasant aromas of wild herbs such as lemon verbena, rosemary, thyme, or basil.

La Fontonne

La Fontonne is an ideally and calm located part of Antibes, just outside Antibes old town and right next to the Fort Carrè and the yacht harbour Port Vauban. It has it's own small city-centre and a short walking-distance to everything you need. It is just 1 km from Antibes Central Station.

The world famous town of Antibes with it's old town and large port situated between Nice and Cannes, offering the perfect holiday location. Steeped in history, a selection of superb beaches, restaurants and so many things to do.

Even in Winter months one can lunch outdoors by the sea on most days. Antibes is only 1hr 40 minutes from the Mercantour Park where there are a variety of Ski resorts (Isola 2000, Auron & Valberg) to be visited in the Winter Months.

Marché Provençal: every morning except on Monday, in old town just a few minutes walk from the apartment offers magnificent locally grown fruit and veg, flowers, spices & local specialities.

Some of the museums in Antibes: Picasso Museum, Museum of archaeology, Napoleon Museum Cap d'Antibes.

The Antibes Coastal Path is a lovely walk around the Cap Antibes, with breathtaking views out to sea and across the bay witha sneak peak at some of the largest, magnificent properties on the edge of the water.

The town of Antibes is in the centre of the Riviera, with its good train connections including Monaco and Cannes, the pretty hilltop villages of Mougins and Grasse, Eze, St Paul de Vence as well as other charming seaside resorts such as Menton and Golf Juan. Cannes by train - 10 minutes. Nice by train - 30-40 minutes. Monaco by train - 40-50 minutes.

“A lovely apartment in a great location.”

Our family had a fabulous holiday. Very quiet location, but within easy reach of main town of Antibes. A few minutes to bus stop, which meant trips to Nice, Juan Les Pan, fabulous water park and other attractions were enjoyed by all. Very much appreciated the on site pool; 4 youngsters were in at every available moment. Apartment was very modern, clean and well equipped with a balcony to lounge on in the evenings. It is set in lovely, very well maintained gardens with security gates. Would definitely visit again and recommend to other families.

“Perfect for family-holiday”

We stayed here for 9 nights - and enjoyed the stay very much. With 4 young kids it was a perfect location for different activities nearby. Both pool and beach was appreciated, and it was very convenient with a parking spot. The apartment was modern and in a good shape - and there was also short distance to the bakery for getting new-baked bread in the mornings. It's easy to recommend this place!

We stayed at Les Jardins d’Antibes last summer, and had a perfect family holiday. Me and my wife enjoyed the quiet surroundings at the terrace, or while strolling along the beautiful gardens inside the residence. The apartment is really modern and up to date, and gets you in real holiday mood by its fresh and new furnishing. Our two kids almost “lived in water” the whole stay, either in the pool or at the local beach just a few minutes away. By visiting the local city centre with it’s marketsplace, wine cave and delicious Supermarket, you have everything needed at hand in the neighborhood to get a good start of the day. If you prefer a trip to Antibes old town for a dinner in one of the many high standard restaurants, this is just a short walk from the apartment. The apartment is really ideal for relaxing days in the sun, or if you want to see famous places like Cannes, Nice, St.Paul de Vence, Vence, Monaco, Menton etc they all are just a very short driving distance away from the residence. We had some really memorable and comfortable days here!
