Description

We have a purpose built complex, completed in 2012, near Parthenay in the Deux Servres region of France. This will be our 5th year providing a holiday retreat for everyone especially families.

The Deux Servres region of France enjoys the most sunny days after the south of France and is perfect for biking, walks, visiting the local lakes and unspoilt villages or just relaxing here around our large swimming pool.

The Complex has over 2 acres of landscaped gardens with different areas for activities or just chilling out and taking in those sun rays.

Our accommodation and many facilities are suitable for everyone, active, sedate, less ambulant or wheel chaired. Also children can play safe within our complex while you enjoy a little peace and quiet.

The fully tiled Gites are tastefully decorated and sleeps 4 - 6 comprising of 2 double bedrooms, one being on the ground floor suitable for wheelchair access. There is also an open lounge, kitchen, dining area with TV (English and French Channels) and internet available. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. The last room on the ground floor is a spacious fully fitted wet room. The other bedroom is on the first floor furnished with a double and 2 single beds.

Great for family & friends groups wanting to holiday together.

A private terraced area, over looking our complex has patio table, parasol, chairs and BBQ, plus access to the communal facilities.

A well equipped play area, includes swings, slide, roundabout, seesaw, sand pit , climbing/balance beams.

A sandy Volleyball Court/ Boules Area, basketball, and Football goal for entertaining games.

Pool table, table tennis and other games also provided

“Fabulous brand new rural gite, with excellent on site facilities”

We stayed here for one week, with our two teenage children. The gite was immaculate, and very comfortable. The onsite facilites were fantastic - the pool was perfect. There was wifi, and plenty of english speaking channels on the TV. The location was very quiet, and the owners were extremely helpful when needed. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property to anyone who wants a holiday in the country. Hopefully we will visit again!
