Situated 1.5km from the centre of La Clusaz our refurbished 24 sq m apartment is in a quiet area with stunning views and large outdoor space. There are a couple of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Located 500m from nearest slope and 70m to bus stop accessing all of La Clusaz's 220km ski area. Parking next to apartment & Individual Garage.

La Clusaz is a traditional ski resort with modern facilities. Recently refurbished, our apartment has two separate sleeping areas (twin bunk beds and double sofa bed) fully equipped kitchen, HDTV (61cm) UK satellite TV (freesat) DVD and CD player, garage, ski locker and terrace.

The Rhône-Alpes region

The Rhone Alps is one of the most scenic areas of France with dense forests, lush pasture land, huge lakes, deep gorges and spectacular mountains. Dominated by Mont Blanc, form the border between Switzerland and Italy to the east of this region. The stunning landscape and the challenge of the peaks have long drawn climbers and walkers in the summer and winter sports enthusiasts in the winter.

Generally, long warm summers with temperatures reaching in excess of 30C. Cold winters with good snow cover late in the season especially on the Northern slopes of the Balme mountain in La Clusaz up to 2600m.

La Clusaz

La Clusaz is a charming old savoyard village and is one of the prettiest, most established ski resorts in the Alps.

There is a variety of skiing across 5 massifs in the La Clusaz area alone (130 kms), and the neighbouring resort of Le Grand Bornand
(90 kms) is connected by a free bus service included on the full area Aravis Lift pass.

La Clusaz has a traditional style village centre with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
La Clusaz and Manigod are located on the north-west area of the Aravis massif. This favourable position gives them a combined average snowfall of more than 6 metres at an altitude of 1,860 metres.

The La Clusaz ski area extends over 4 massifs: Beauregard - Etale - Aiguille - Balme.

The Manigod ski area includes the La Croix-Fry and Merdassier sectors.

These two connected areas comprise a total of 84 runs and 53 ski lifts, the tops of which reach up to an altitude of 2,600 metres,and provide 1,500 metres of descents, as well as breath-taking views of Mont Blanc.

The La Clusaz and Manigod ski areas are connected to the Grand-Bornand ski area in the Aravis massif via the Aravis ski pass.
