This large 2nd floor apartment is located in a secure gated complex and also has a secure underground carpark.The apartment with its cool marble floors throughout, has a lounge with dining furniture and two large, soft fabric sofas. The lounge opens out onto the large terrace with its stunning mountain views, the 'white' town of Mijas and Mijas Golf can be seen in the distance.The terrace overlooks the pool which is set in sub tropical gardens with palm trees to shade you from the heat of the day should you so wish. There are two sunloungers on the terrace and a table and chairs for Al fresco dining.The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom containing a bath and an over-bath shower, marble vanity unit, basin, wc and bidet . There are also large built in wardrobes and the bedroom opens onto the terrace via sliding patio doors.The Second Bedroom has comfortable twin beds, and is next to the second bathroom and has a large corner shower enclosure, basin and wc. In the kitchen it has all the china, glass and utensils you may need for your stay. Off the kitchen is a separate utility area with a washing machine.The comfortable lounge has a smart TV and wifi access.

The large terrace gives plenty of out door space and offers sun and shade at different times of the day.The south-east terrace enjoys the morning sunshine and views of the pool, garden and mountains, perfect for breakfast al fresco style.The large swimming pools are set in a garden filled with palm trees, orange trees and tropical flowers and there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. There is a paddle tennis court for the more energetic.There is a new racket club with gym, paddle tennis and tennis courts and a bar on the complex and an on site pro available for coaching. Gym membership available daily or weekly including classes. Pilates, spinning, karate, aerobics and many other classes available. On the urbanisation there are also 3 bars within a few minutes walk of the apartment that serve food including tapas,snacks and meals and also a convenient mini supermarket with an outdoor seating area that serves reasonably priced drinks and food until after midnight . The supermarket staff are very friendly and helpful. The supermarket also offers a take away/delivery service if you are looking for a relaxing night in, including pizza, pasta etc. All your holiday essentials are available at the supermarket, you can even top up the credit on your mobile phone! The supermarket bakes fresh bread daily ideal for a lunchtime snack and even better when you buy the bread and it is still warm. An Indian restaurant is alongside one of the bars with tasty menus. All this within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. La Cala Hills has lots to offer for the perfect holiday.

No wonder it is many people's choice for summer holidays as well as winter breaksFuengirolaA busy seaside town with many bars, places to eat and excellent night life and is famed for it's long golden beach. The Aquapark and zoo are worth a visit and also the El Corte Ingles shopping centre with Hipercor hypermarket. The award winning Marina at Benalmadena with its shops, restaurants and Sea World Aquarium are a short drive away. An hour's drive east will get you to Nerja where you can visit the amazing Caves of Nerja - an adventure for all age groups. The focal point of Puerto Banus is the marina. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest individuals. One of the jewels of the Costa del Sol is the beautiful little village of Mijas, which nestles comfortably in the mountainside at 428 metres above sea level, just wander through the narrow cobbled streets of this Andalucian white village, and you can understand why it has attracted many artists and writers whom have made it their home. 20 mins. In the chic town of Marbella, hints of its former Moorish occupation mingle with modern-day resort amenities. La Cala Hills
The place to visit whilst staying at La Cala Hills is the Pueblo Blanco (White Village) of Mijas Pueblo. Here is the prettiest town in Andalucia. It is easy to explore on foot, with charming cobbled streets at every turn, not to mention the many bars, restaurants and lovely shops. The local market at La Cala de Mijas is a must for anyone looking for a bargain, particularly the local ceramics and leather goods, there is also a market on a Wednesday and Saturday 10am to 2pm. The nearby Aqua Park will keep all the family entertained and the Fuengirola Zoo, where you can get closer to the animals than ever before, is an experience not to be missed.Just along the coast from La Cala de Mijas is Cabopino - a hidden gem of a gorgeous beach and pretty harbour, with a variety of cafes and restaurants. Alberts and La Despensa serve fabulous food where you can dine alfresco overlooking the beautiful harbour.If it is a golf course you are looking for then you are spoilt for choice - Mijas, La Cala, Calanova and Santana are almost on the doorstep with over 30 more in the area.

“Another wonderful stay in Mijas La Cala region”
This beautiful apartment is fantastically situated and well appointed, with air conditioning, smart TV and with a stunning view from the balcony over the valley to Sierra de Mijas. The apartment is set in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool. The owners are prompt, reliable and kind in all communications, and provide a back-up service in the event that anything needs maintenance or otherwise sorting out during your stay. Highly recommended.
“Relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings with a lovely view”
The accommodation was easy to book and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was lovely and clean and very spacious. The air conditioning was in all the bedrooms and front room and was lovely and cool on hot evenings. The balcony was spacious and accessible from both the master bedroom and living room. The pool area was peaceful and well looked after. A car was necessary if you wanted to visit other areas, but there were local bars, supermarket and restaurants which provided an excellent service. The apartment had everything you needed; fridge, freezer,dishwasher,washing machine,iron and the provision of beach towels was a real bonus.

I've stayed in this apartment before. Beautiful and spacious with two bathrooms which was great as I stayed with a group of friends. Has a huge balcony, equipped with table chairs and sun loungers. Peaceful with stunning views. There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool set in lovely gardens. A walk away from a supermarket and a couple of bars and eating places. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, larger than expected with all amenities required for a relaxing break. Large lounge and master bedroom that leads onto the balcony. Everything you need - fridge, freezer,dishwasher,washing machine,iron and sunbeds on the balcony plus a table and chairs to sit out and take in the charming views. The service was excellent, the booking was easy on the website and when collecting the keys the owners were friendly and helpful. There are two swinmming pools in the neatly landscaped gardens, one is just below the apartment balcony. There are 2 bars within 5 minute walking distance with wifi access. 10 minutes drive from the lovely beaches of La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola. In addition, there are numerous golf courses surrounding this area. In my view, an excellent apartment equipped for all your needs in a beautiful position and convenient location! Went to the apartment with my boyfriend, lovely views from a huge balcony. Two large swimming pools all to ourselves 95% of the time. Large bedrooms, sky television, internet, two bath rooms, very clean and tidy. Lovely bar with a pool table 2 minutes down the road. As well as a supermarket with everything you need, fresh bread, milk, crisps, pizza, fruit and veg. Good price on taxis from the apartment to the Mijas water park. Great for couples wanting a relaxing and peaceful holiday which was perfect for us, we will both be back.
