Apartment on the beach, very bright on the first floor with elevator. Terrace-balcony and magnificent sea views. Fully equipped: 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with two beds, 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and oven. Quiet and closed urbanization with 24 hour security, on the beachfront, next to the new Coastal Path of Mijas; It passes in front of the urbanization and runs almost 6 kms of wooden path at the edge of the sea from La Cala de Mijas to Puerto Cabopino. Large communal gardens with two swimming pools available all year round, with direct access to the beach, tennis court and paddle. Parking in the enclosed area of ​​the urbanization. Bus and taxi stop and immediate access to the highway, 8 km from Fuengirola and 20 km from Marbella. La Cala de Mijas is 1.000 meters away. There it has all the services (restaurants, supermarkets, commerce, medical services, police, Post office, etc). In the Term of Mijas it has several tourist attractions such as racecourse, 7 golf courses, ... Nearby, you can also find the marinas of Cabopino, Fuengirola, Marbella and Banús. There is an excellent beach restaurant right on the beach in front of the urbanization, where you can also rent hammocks and parasols if you wish. The urbanization is next to the Autovía del Mediterráneo (Autovía A7). You have bus and taxi stop very close. There are bus lines that connect the entire Costa del Sol and also with other cities in Andalusia. It is recommended to visit the nearby coastal towns of Marbella, Fuengirola, Estepona, Benalmádena and Torremolinos. The province of Malaga also has a large number of interior locations of great cultural and tourist interest, among which the population of Mijas Pueblo stands out for its uniqueness and proximity. Excellent location in La Cala with wonderful sea view. The owner was very good on arrival, having booked us a Taxi from the Airport..Then after meeting us he did not bother us at all. Bus service outs… More

You will find it hard to beat this beachfront apartment. Fully equipped 2 bed, 2 bath accommodation. Only fault being the European type pillows ( really long). Only one between 2 on the double bed Just needs more pillows… But I would definitely stay again

We have been to Mijas many times but this was the best apartment by far. It’s about ‘location ‘and this place has it. Look out of the living room, over the balcony and there is the Mediterranean, fantastic. We will definitely be back.
