Located in the luxurious Jardines De La Noria complex, this beautiful first floor 2 bedroom apartment offers the perfect base for your Costa Del Sol holiday. With a large communal pool, childrens pool, beautiful gardens and large balcony, there’s plenty of outdoor space to relax in within this luxury complex. When venturing out, you are just a 2 minute walk to the first tee of La Noria Golf Club, a 7 minute flat walk to La Cala Town and 10 minutes walk to La Cala’s famous blue flag beach. Calahonda, Marbella and Puerto Banus are just short drives away.

“Perfect base for our holiday.”

This is a really nice apartment. The rooms are large and spacious. The kitchen is well kitted with all you need for your break. The livingroom is a very large room that can accomodate the largest of groups. Both bedrooms are quite large too, and has plenty of storage. the terrace is large and has a table with chairs and also lounge chairs. in the livingroom there are plenty to keep you occupied with a smart TV with IPTV so you wont miss any of your favourite programs ;). There is a large pool with loungers and the outside areas are very well kept. The apartment is within walking distance of the village of La Cala De Mijas which has everything from shopping to bars and restaurants. there is a market that is very close which comes on a Wednesday and a Saturday. There is also a bus service to take you to Fuengirola or down to Marbella and beyond should you wish to venture. All in all a great place to have a holiday

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gary (the owner) a message.

If Gary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
