Located in a modern residential in La Cala de Mijas, this apartment is just 7 min walk from the beach and 10 minutes from a golf course. Also near all the amenities without having to take any means of transport: health center, gym, bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets, banks, gas stations, bars and restaurants. It has long 24m pool, paddle tennis court and gardens. It also has a large private terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy your vacation !! Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a spectacular urbanization in La Cala. Walking distance to the beach and to all the amenities: health center, bars, restaurants, gym, bakery, chemist, supermarkets, banks, etc. 24meter long swimming pool, paddle tennis court and communal gardens. Wifi connection included. Apart from That, you will have a big private terrace you can sunbathe and Where enjoy your holidays !!

Smoking inside the house it is prohibited even if permitted on the terrace. The rules of the community undertakes to respect the rest of the neighbors at nap time (3pm to 5pm) and from 12 pm to 8 am no longer charcoal barbecue. who are well behaved pets are accepted.

Lovely couple who left the apartment as if nobody had stayed there. Easy communication writing and informing punctually about all the details of arrival. Undoubtedly, I would recommend these guests to everybody and definitely they will be welcome if they decide to come back!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If María Elena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
