A bright and light apartment right in the centre La Cala, 1 minutes walk from the best part of the 3-4 km long beach and 1 minutes walk from the shopping centre with a good supermarket, all the banks etc. The apartment is let for the first time on holiday lets, and I am keen to make it meet the guests needs and comfort.

The flat has all the necessary for a comfortable stay. This includes flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, vitro ceramic cooker, owen, toaster, a large range of kitchen utilities, large terrass with dining table and chairs, 2 sets of linen, towels etc.

Accommodation comprises large living room opening to a large terrass with conservatory ( can also be used as extra sleeping) utility room with easing machine, basin and shower from the conservatory. GVwood size double bedroom with comfortable king size bed, large family bathroom with bath and shower, a utility patio form the bathroom.

Located on a small road (that connects the centre to the each) still very quiet as it is not on the road side, but views over the tennis court.

Location could not be more convenient. Use of a car is not necessary, as bus stop, with frequent traffic to Fuengirola, Malaga and Marbella is close as well as the taxi rank. Also close to the good market that is held twice a week.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cristine (the owner) a message.

If Cristine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
