Description

Free high speed WIFI and flat screen TV in the lounge showing all UK 'free to air' Channels. Aircon in every room & all the linen you need (including a Beach Towel for each guest) means this is the first apartment that you should choose if you're coming to La Cala.It is very possible to get round without a car, the beach is less than 10 minutes walk, as is the lovely village of La Cala with all its Restaurants and Bars. However, should you decide to hire a car then we have secure underground parking (operated by remote control) that is available to you free of charge. There is a brand new Aldi supermarket next door for everything that you might need and a 9 hole golf course at the end of the road. There is a Gym within 200yds and we are a stones through from the towns Medical Centre. We are 2 mins from the main A-7 road where the bus goes east (Malaga) and west (Marbella) every half an hour. There is a water-park in Fuengirola & many things to do either in La Cala or at the other local beaches & resorts. There are several excellent supermarkets in the village which sell everything you could possibly need. Our fully furnished apartment with air-conditioning throughout, comprises a main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom with twin beds and a double Sofa Bed in the lounge. All linen is included in the price for up to 6 people which includes both bath and beach towels for each guest. In the dining area we have a table and chairs which comfortably seat six, leading into the lounge where you will find an LED TV on the wall along with a DVD player. The brown leather sofa in the lounge leads out to a sunny balcony offering glimpses of the sea which is just a 6 minute walk away.The Kitchen is equipped with Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine & Dishwasher along with all the utensils, cutlery, pots pans etc that you could need.On arrival at the apartment you'll be met by our housekeepers who will be on hand to attend to ay problems that you may encounter during your stay.If you have small children let us know and we'll make sure that highchairs/cots/bed guards are in the apartment when you arrive (for a small hire fee). The Calablanca complex itself is small, quiet and secure with a communal swimming pool. Very nearby is a communal BBQ area, Doctors and Lesuire Centre (where daily gym membership is available). We have excellent contacts in the local area who offer Canoeing, Paddle Boarding, Golf, Skiiing, Fishing, Organised Tours, Walks and much much more. We are also able to loan you a set of Ping golf clubs, should you wish for a small charge of €25 for the duration of your stay

Getting around

We are located within 5 minutes of La Cala town centre where there is a taxi rank and a regular bus service along the A-7 coast road to Marbella and Gibraltar to the West and Malaga to the East. A car is not necessary as there is everything that you could possibly need within walking distance.

“nicely appointed roomy apartment with good facilities”

The 2 bed/2 bath apartment is quite roomy but there wer only the two of us - maybe not quite as roomy for four. Kitchen REALLY well equipped for self catering with every kitchen tool one needs ( this is not always the case!) Full cooker, Dishwasher, washing machine and large Fridge/Freezer. Bed in Master wonderfully comfortable. Great showers in both Bathrooms- very important! The gardens and pool area were pristine and only a short walk around the corner of the apartment block. unfortunately ...building work has been going on for some time immediately in front and will continue for quite some time yet. yes it was noisy mostly all day hey-ho, but one can see it would be a lovely spot when that is finished. Owner has NO ability to do anything about this but worth mentioning. The position is superb for a 5 minute stroll into La Cala with its many Restaurants and bars also the twice weekly HUGE market(Sat/Wed) across the road. For anyone who likes a more interesting walk there is the Sendero Alcornocal Roza del Aguado (Cork Oak Forrest) short treck just up the road. Lots of interest i.e. wild flowers/ shrubs and trees. well signed with viewpoints to the coast.

We had a lovely week in this well kept apartment, all mod cons everything very clean. Bonus was the comfy outdoor sofas on balcony. Brendan and Emma who look after the apartment are very friendly and on hand if you have any queries. The only downside was the building work noise and dust but don't let this put you off. Aldi at end of road was a bonus. 5 mins walk to centre and beach excellent bus service, we visited Malaga for the day bus to Fuengarola then train so simple to use stops at all resorts very cheap.TIP if you arrive late like we did and ready for a cuppa we brought tea,coffee,sugar Aldi closes at 9.30 so no milk Emma adviced us next day their is a garage nearby. Cant wait to return.

This was me & my husbands 2nd visit to La Cala this year but our 1st time at the apartment and we absolutely loved everything about it, the space was perfect, its very modern, neat, tidy & well equipped for all your needs including sun beds that you can take down to the pool area. The double bed is incredibly comfortable and the whole experience was that amazing that we have already booked for 11 nights in July next year. To make things even better Emma & Brendan who look after the apartment were two truly lovely people and nothing was too much trouble, they furnish you with all the information you could possibly need and and on hand when ever you need them - this was a perfect holiday.

Great location, shops and beach within a 10min walk, buses and taxis always available to take you to different locations, great places to eat out or to have a take away, nice beach but jellyfish can sometimes be a problem, there is lots of building work going on in this area but found it not being an issue, everyone very friendly, would difinately go back again.

This was our fourth visit here with another booked and possibly another two to book. Fabulous location, ten minutes from beach and bars/restaurants. The communal pool is usually very quiet if you want to stay locally, with Aldi at the bottom of the road you can easily get your supplies without trekking too far. Yes we will be back!

We had a great time at this apartment, it was very well equipped for all our needs and was spotless. Only 5- 10 mins walk into town and beach and Aldi only 5 mins away for all our needs. Great restaurants nearby too. Communication with owners and housekeeper first class. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Ideal location, walkable into town to a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy with all that you need for your stay. Balcony was a sun-trap with comfy seating. Good size swimming pool and the loungers and beach towels supplied could be taken out to use. Underground parking space was useful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, especially as Emma and Brendan who met us were very helpful and were there when needed!

Just arrived back from a week in calablanca, apartment was spotlessly clean and all amenities were as described. Great location within easy walk of La Cala and the beach, great pool kids loved it, also great for Aldi to get food,a 2 minute walk. On arrival Emma and Brendan gave us a warm welcome and explained all about the apartment nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this apartment for rent if you are staying in la Cala, communication with owners was excellent with prompt replies when sending messages. Would definitely stay again. Fabulous time had in La Cala. Calablanca apartment was great and fairly central. Also an Aldi just round the corner which was very handy. Apartment was clean and modern, pool was good size and great for the kids. Never overly busy. Gsrdens and surrounding area kept spotless. Emma and Brendan were very helpful and friendly and the flexibility of the check out time was a real added bonus. Would highly recommend and definitely visit again

How do damage deposits work?
