This hidden gem offers a peaceful stay right at the heart of the old town and is located in the Cathedral square near to the Café de la France, only a few short steps away from the hustle and bustle of the famous weekly market and its plethora of produce, crafts and antiques stalls.

The apartment is located on the first floor within the building, parts of which date from the 17th century. The entrance hall of the building hasn't changed much since that time and with it's high imposing entrance doors, the building is steeped in history; who knows who may have crossed it's threshold over the centuries!

La Petite Magnanerie, is a one bedroom apartment, complete with a sunny terrace, ideal for enjoying the wonderful produce on offer in the nearby streets and for enjoying those romantic relaxed evenings.

The apartment is tastefully decorated with a mixture of antique and modern furnishings. The lounge has ample room to relax and the dining area offers views over the terrace through the unusual circular window.

We have taken time to make the most of the original features including the exposed beams, stone and woodwork all of which offer a touch of authenticity to complement the modern facilities, which have been recently installed.

On entering the apartment guests will be welcomed with a modern equipped kitchen offering the opportunity to marry culinary skills with the Provençal produce, which is in abundance locally. The kitchen is equipped with a washer- dryer, conventional oven and ceramic hob,

From the kitchen, guests step down into the lounge from which a double door opens onto the sunny terrace, furnished for relaxing outdoor eating, a regular feature of Provençal life; with lighting for leisurely evenings sipping cocktails ahead of dinner!

The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room; the WC is located off the entrance inside the apartment

The apartment has TV and WiFi a Bluetooth Hi-Fi/Cd/Radio system and air-conditioning

Prices are as set out in the advert and include TVA. Tourism Tax (Taxe de Sejour) is payable locally in Euros at the end of your stay unless already paid in advance through the booking agency.

Why can't I call Sue/Norman (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sue/Norman (the owner) a message.

If Sue/Norman (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
