Middle level has twin bedroom with French doors leading to second large balcony. This floor also has children's bedroom with 3 beds and main bathroom. Cot available at no charge. (travel type, with shade cover, also useful as playpen for baby)

Ground floor consists of fully fitted kitchen, large sitting room with dining area and sliding doors leading to large spacious covered terrace, tables and chairs perfect for al-fresco dining. Toilet and utility area also on ground floor.

The house is located on a headland with a luxury designer spa hotel, mini golf, tennis etc. The hotel offers full spa facilities, restaurants including a pizzeria, buffet dining, and a number of bars.

There is a number of nice coves and a stretch of sand and pebble beaches beside the complex and the larger sandy Cap Roig beach is 300m away. The resort is a short drive from such amenities as the Port Aventura water park complex and the Ebro Delta.

The Catalonia region

The Costa Dorada has an excellent climate with lots of sunshine and yet it does not reach the very high heat levels of the more southern parts of Spain. It is a wonderful area with great scenery, fantastic beaches, lovely traditional spanish villages to explore and interesting nature reserve and wild life santuaries. The Ebro Delta is a large area of wetland, rich in wildlife including flamingos and surrounded by almond and olive trees.
You can visit the cities of Barcelona and Valentia, each within 1.5 hours of the house for sight seeing, retail therapy etc. Also within a 30 min drive is the Port Aventura water park.
You can choose from a great number of activities here and you will have a great holiday whatever you choose to do.

L'Ampolla

L'Ampolla is a lovely fishing village on the edge of the Ebro Delta. Visitors are attracted by it's quiet charm, sandy beaches, mountain backdrop and the delta. Famous among the Catalans for it's seafood, it has a good selection of restaurants and bars with a summer season night club. It is characterised by the elegant charm of the harbour and a relaxed pace of life. For the adventurous there is boat hire and fishing , bicycle hire and mountain trekking. Within a short stroll from the house is the excellent local restaurant - El Perales - specializing in local seafood and salads which can be enjoyed under the stars while the moonlight twinkles on the waves below. During the day, take a break from the sunshine under the shade of the trees in - El Chiringuito - enjoy lunch with a cool beer while keeping an eye on the children playing on the beach below

“Beautiful, active holidays”

The apartment satisfied our expectations. The medium sized pool was perfect for children and parents. Possibility of jumping was main advantage. Very good place for making trips to Delte Ebre, Tortosa, Tarragona. House is very well equipped (air conditioning on every storey, dishwasher). Car is necessary.

My husband and our daughter (aged 2) thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at Casa 7. The house has all the amenities you could want , fitted out very comfortably and offering lovely views of the pools and gardens. We booked in order for my husband to compete in the IRON MAN which takes place in L'Ampolla yearly - the town did themselves proud with the organisation and we found everyone to be thoroughly friendly , the restaurants reasonably priced and good children's play ground facilities for the little one! Tony was great to deal with , efficient and flexible - We would have no hesitation in recommending his lovely house to others. Thank you for a great holiday.

Booked with Tony for 9 nights for my family, 2 Adults and 2 children under 3 years. Found the whole experience very memorable and Tony was extremely pleasant to deal with and very helpful answering all our questions and providing lots of useful information about the location and amenities. From the moment we arrived we relaxed and had a fabulous holiday and the girls really settled in the house and frequented the pool everyday. The house was ideal and had everything you could possibly want, especially for a family. I would certainly have no hesitation in returning at a future date. It's close proximity to the town is ideal with good Restaurants to choose from and several supermarkets close by. We hired a car and did a lot of sightseeing during our stay, I'Ampolla is very central and certainly worth visiting. The weather was glorious for our stay which was an added bonus. Once again I'd like to thank Tony for all his good advice and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Looking forward to our next visit.

An excellent holiday home which has been prepared by the owners with every care – perfect for a family holiday of short or long duration. We have recently returned after our fourth holiday to Casa 7 in Les Oliviers, this time with long time friends with 2 children - the three level layout proved to be a great bonus as the children were able to share a bedroom while the parents were able to have a bedroom each with bathroom on the same level. The outside pools proved to be very popular with children and adults of all ages! The balconies off both main bedrooms were perfect for morning coffee, while the patio area provided excellent shading for al fresco dining and evening aperitifs. The nearby town of L’ampolla has plenty of restaurants and pleasant walks, so we would highly recommend CASA 7 to one and all. One thing, car rental is essential as Les Oliviers is a 7 to 8 minute drive from L’ampolla and approx 40 minutes from Reus Airport.
