Description

Country house with swimming pool, located in the departure of la Cova del Duc, 5 km from the fishing village of L'ametlla de Mar. House beautiful, nice, 2 floors, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside, 3 km from the beach. Land deprived of 20,000 m2, with trees. Swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) with internal stairs. Shower outside, two terraces and spacious balcony with garden furniture. Parking by the House. Supermarket, restaurant and pharmacy 2 km, in the urbanization les Tres Cales. To note: car essential. Groups of young people on request only.

Important: from December 2015 the House has central heating for the colder months.

House 5 rooms 100 m2 on 2 levels, partially renovated in 2007, with comfortable and rustic furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2 with 1 sofa bed (80 cm), open fireplace and TV with flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hotplates, micro wave) with breakfast bar. Hip bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 cm) + 2 bedrooms with Queen beds (135 cm). Terrace 22 m2. Built-in barbecue, deckchairs, terrace furniture. Very nice distant view to the sea, the mountains and landscape. The accommodation has a washing machine and dishwasher. To take into account: 1 pet / dog.

Hemos estado una semana muy agusto,la casa tiene de todo, lo único que faltarían un par de ventiladores más porque hacia demasiada calor x la noche.

Very nice, peaceful place. A great pool. Beautiful beaches within a few minutes by car. Hosts very nice and helpful. A very well-stocked supermarket with fresh seafood at a good price.

How do damage deposits work?
