From the owner

Very spacious villa with garden and private pool at just 12 minutes walk from Blue Flag beach of Cala Forn. It has 8 bedrooms (sleeps 22), 4 bathrooms and one toilette, hydromassage shower and hydromassage bathtub for two people.

It can easily accomodate very large families or groups of friends.

There is a large garden gazebo with tables, chairs and a new music system next to the swimming pool. The villa is favourite for groups of young people as they can play music outdoors next to the swimming pool with no problems from neighbours as the villa has no neighbours.

4K 55 inch LED TV with WIFI to watch videos in your language directly from Youtube and Netflix, no computer needed.

High-speed unlimited internet with Wifi.

Machine for full-body fitness and a vibrating platform exercise machine.

The suite has a large shady terrace overlooking the pool.

The suite has a sofa bed and a sliding door leads to the double hydromassage bathtub bathroom.

The rooms have large wardrobes with sliding doors.

BBQ next to the outdoors kitchen.

Water deposit and water pump to ensure enough water pressure for all the bathrooms at the same time.

2 water boilers to ensure supply in case of breakdown.

5 Air conditioning units.

We recently added another new refrigerator and freezer, a side-by-side.

The villa is located in a residential area with many villas with private pools.

The commercial center of the residential area has a supermarket, bars, restaurants, French bakery, takeaway cooked food, take-away pizza, hardware stores, etc. and it is located at only 10 min walk.

Large Safe box to store laptops, tablets, phones, passports and money safe while you enjoy your holidays.

Parking for 6 cars inside the property gates (operated by remote control).

Fantastic week at the villa for a large group of 16 (4 families). Nice pool and large covered outdoor eating area. Comfortable rooms. Beautiful quiet beach Cala Forn 1km walk away. Would recommend.

How do damage deposits work?
