Villa Maria is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom 2 onsuite property, with large 11 mr x 5 mtr private pool on raised patio area with shower set on a raised terrace set in spacious surroundings. Set in a quiet location, yet within walking distance to the local shopping plaza where you can buy fresh croisants for alfresco breakfast on the terrace or eat at the local restaurants. The gardens are planted with a wide assortment of fruit trees, with new covered alfreco dinning area for large parties . Ideal for those long summer evenings with family or friends. a sun terrace , from here you can see the local mountains or the nearby Mediterranean. Sun beds parasols and a range of garden furniture ensure your comfort in our villas.full Air con air dryers in each room has been fitted,for your comfort and off road parking for 3 to 4 cars

DVD and CD player also compliment the home entertainment. system Modern kitchen with full range of appliances, leading out to the side terrace.4 bedroms, consiting of a 2 kingsize master bedrooms with onsuits and 1 other double bedroom plus 1 xl children's bedroom with 5 beds and tv and dvd extra beds can be found in the lounge and extra single beds to as required . 4 bathrooms and an outdoor shower unit, cots and high chairs are available There are no hiden costs as all gas/water/electricity linen air con and towels including beach towels are inclusive.

The gardens are private scented and secluded.as is the11mx5m private pool the villa has secure gated private parking for 4 cars it also includes a shaded nayo for romantic after dinner drinks The newly designed large patio and bbq area with alfresco dining for 20 people or more is shaded by a 4sq mtr parasol palm trees, with steps that lead upto the raised terrece area with floodlit 11m x 5mmeter swimming pool wich is secluded with panoramic views of the mountains and a shaded area with a 4 meter square parasol umbrella with table and chairs and sunbeds ( the sound of the crickets are also included foc lol) ( new undercover bbq dinning area under consrtution for march 2015 with seating for 20 people ) new revamped pool for 2017

How do damage deposits work?

If Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
