Apartment with amazing views

This apartment is situated in a gated complex in Kusadasi surrounded by amazing sea views from the balcony. It is approx 7 minutes by bus to the city centre, nightlife, shopping etc. Pubic transport operates from below the gates at the front of complex. The local dolmus bus number 1 operates approx every 10 minutes which takes you to the centre at a cost of approx 50p. The apartment is in a lovely new refurbished complex with communal swimming pool with 3 double bedrooms (One en suite) fully furnished, with DVD, Satelite, LCD TV, washing machine,dishwasher, fridge, water cooler, cooker, toaster, kettle etc. Wi fi is available through out the apartment and also at the swimming pool. Car parking available. The apartment is 7 minutes to centre by car, 10 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to the aquapark and it is 30 minutes to Ephesus.

Towels are provided, smoking is allowed on balcony. Market / shop on site which also provides a delivery service. Government registrated.

How do damage deposits work?
