Description

Side Villa is a luxurious complex of 10 villas set in a quiet peaceful location, only a short drive from both the beach and Side's historic town center. Having completed our third successful summer of rentals, we currently have 4 villas available for short term and long term rental.

Built in 2008, our luxury villas are finished to the highest standard of quality. The villas are ideal for families, comfortably sleeping 8 adults. The complex has three swimming pools, with the patio area of each villa opening up to a private section of the swimming pool.

Further details

A non refundable deposit of £150 per week is required to secure your booking and the balance to be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival. Please note no teenagers unless accompanied by adults.

Bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival require full payment on booking.

In addition, a security deposit of £100 will be required against breakages and the return of the key at the end of the holiday. The deposit will be refunded immediately after inspection.

Changeover dates and times are flexible as long as they don't clash with other bookings. Please inquire for further details.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Beach and pool towels are not provided. Rental rates include a weekly linen change and pre-arrival- and after-departure cleaning of the house. Additional cleaning services are available at an extra charge. We can arrange your airport transfer for you as well. Please inquire if interested.

Please note that the villa is strictly non smoking but smoking is permitted on the terraces. Pets are generally not allowed in the house but please inquire as we are flexible.

The villa has its own private parking space. Finishings include marble floors, airconditioning in every room, a fully fitted kitchen including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, heated water boiler, washing machine, and exterior sun/security shutters. Plates, glasses, and cutlery are also provided for self catering.

“Complete relaxation in a luxurious villa”

The villa is a little bit of a walk from main Side town, however a 10 minute walk gets you to the main road where the buses run every 10-15mins to take you into Side or elsewhere. The villa was stunning and even better than we imagined from the photos. The communication was brilliant and the airport transfer ran without any problems. The only negative was that the kitchen could have been better equipped, but that's just because we love to cook! We had a brilliant stay and I would definately stay there again if I was travelling to Side again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
