Known for its modern and sophisticated setting, the suites offer a homely environment, with plush furnishings and numerous facilities. From the spacious 1-bedroom suites to the exclusive 4-Bedroom ‘Lifestyle Residence’, all suites come with a complete kitchenette, a comfortable living and dining area as well as a workstation.

Its 338 units of suites are located on Premier and Club Floor. The suites feature 1-Bedroom Studio, Superior, Deluxe and Premier, 2-Bedroom Deluxe and Premier, 3-Bedroom Suites and the 4-Bedroom Lifestyle Residence.

At PNB Perdana, utmost priority is placed on the safety and comfort of guests. All floors are equipped with a computerized key system, closed-circuit TV surveillance cameras (CCTV) and 24 hours security. For guests’ convenience, PNB Perdana also offers daily housekeeping services, an in-house self-service launderette and convenience store as well as ample covered parking space.

In view of the different nationalities often received, there are two F&B outlets setup to cater to our guests’ preference. Located on the first floor, 10Binjai Restaurant offers a myriad of local and international delights from 6.30 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. daily.

Meanwhile, those on a lookout for popular Malay dishes may opt for The 39 Restaurant on level 39. Apart from good food, the restaurant provides a breathtaking view of the city’s skyline and guests can choose to dine either indoors or outdoors. With two semi-private dining areas and a private dining room, it is an ideal place to hold business meetings and private functions.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
