This beautiful oceanfront house is the perfect destination for your holiday. Divers and snorkelers paradise! The house is located south of the island in the “Punt Vierkant” area. This area is widely regarded to have the most beautiful oceanfront properties on the island of Bonaire. What makes this house even more unique is its waterfront location. One of the few rental properties available where you can pleasantly dive or snorkel from your backyard. The garden has a large plateau with stairs going down into the water. Making access into the calm blue Caribbean Sea easy and safe. With plenty of outdoor shaded seating areas including a gazebo at the water’s edge. Where you can relax, have dinner and watch the sunsets. This property offers you the best views of Bonaire. Views of the dazzling sea, Klein Bonaire and the bay of Kralendijk. Chances are pretty good you will even see a pod of dolphins swimming by. If you are quick enough, have the opportunity to swim with them.

This spacious villa (app. 300m2) has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All windows have mosquito screened shutter style windows . The windows can be left open day and night to give the house a very airy and light feeling. A spacious fully equipped kitchen, making the house feel even more open and light. The house has gated private parking for two vehicles. A large garage offers plenty of storage for everything including dive gear, windsurf and kitesurf gear.

The location of this property is ideal. The villa is located in a very quiet and safe area of Bonaire. From a 7 minute drive to the center of Kralendijk, a 5 minute drive to the airport, to a 10 minute drive to Lac Bay (windsurfing) or Atlantis (kitesurfing). However, since some of the best snorkeling and diving is right in front of the house. You might not leave the house after all. Just gear up take three steps down and you are in the Caribbean Sea.

To make your stay even more comfortable, the property caretakers are available 7 days a week 24hours. With over 10 years of experience running the renowned little resort “Blachi Koko Apartments”, the care takers will answer all your questions and meet all of your needs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Matthieu (the owner) a message.

If Matthieu (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
