Apartment on the top floor of the historical building from middle of the XX century. It is located in the former “Półwsie Zwierzynieckie” a village, which was incorporated into Cracow in 1909. Thanks to its localization it offers you the most important Historic Sites of Cracow like Wawel Castle and Main Market Square in walking distance (app. 10 mins on foot), with much modern places like football stadiums of Cracovia Kraków and Wisła Kraków, as well Błonia (green lungs of Kraków), a perfect place for jogging or walking, and a Cinema “Kijów Centrum” with one of the largest movie theatres in Europe just across the street. Great thing is that you can buy fresh vegies and other products on the marketplace called “Plac na Stawach” which is only 5 mins from the apartment, it is opened every day.

The apartment consists of 1 separate bedroom with large double bed and TV, 1 bedroom on the mezzanine with large double bed, living room with double sofa and dining table with 6 chairs as well TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. There are wardrobes in bedroom and living room. It is ideal place for a longer stay.

- bedrooms: double bed 160x200, lots of cabinets to place your clothes and personal belongings, wardrobe, desk with 2 chairs, 2 poufs, bedside lamps

- kitchen: refrigerator, kitchen and cooking utensils, oven, stove, coffee machine, microwave oven

- living room: sofa, armchair, wardrobe and lots of cabinets, TV with 26 Polish channels, and app. 1000 satellite channels from all over the world, dining table with 6 chairs, coffee table

- bathroom: rainfall shower, washing machine and toilet, iron and ironing board

Neighbourhood

The surroundings offers You whatever is needed to get satisfaction from a trip to Kraków. In app. 10 minutes on foot You can get to main historical places in the city like Main Market Square and Wawel Castle. No more than 30 minutes to Kazimierz (you can always take a bus or tram to get there in few minutes). Couple of minutes to Błonia if you like morning jogging, less than ten minutes to Park Jordana where you can walk or play with friends (basketball, volleyball, football courts available). Half an hour to get to Kościuszko Mound, a perfect view point in Kraków. It is easy to find a bus that can get You to the ZOO, just couple of minutes from apartment. You will find as well National Museum one block from Dunin Wąsowicza 8, as well in the direction of Błonia.

Travelling around

Apartment is situated not far from the main road artery of Kraków which we called the “Aleja Trzech Wieszczów”, so it is easy to find bus or tram stops in couple of minutes walking distance. This part of the city is very well connected to the whole city. You can buy 24h, 48h, 72h even weekly tickets in the ticket machine which can be find next to the stops. May be important to you that there is a no. 304 Bus which can take you to the Wieliczka salt mine. In my opinion it is the cheapest way to get there. Single ticket cost 2,8 PLN.

Car park

If you travel by car you can park along the street, it is free during weekend from 8 pm on friday to 10 am on Monday. During a week days from 10 am to 8 pm it is paid about 3 zł per hour (total 31,6 PLN/day). Car park machine is in the front of the building. You can choose to park in the underground parking right next to the National Museum for 25 PLN/day it is only 300 m from the apartment.
