Located in the very heart of Kazimierz, the old Jewish area of Krakow, just 200m from the lively Plac Nowy square and a 10 minute walk from the main square, river and castle.

Fully renovated in 2015 with modern furnishings and fittings but keeping original features such as oak doors and wall panels giving character and charm. Located in the heart of the Jewish area and 10 minutes walk to the main market square or castle, warm, quiet with lovely views.

We have gone to great lengths to ensure that the apartment includes everything that our guests would want to make for a perfect trip, including the obvious features such as high quality beds/mattresses, black-out curtains, fast wifi, espresso maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer... but also smaller details such as umbrellas and UK adapter plugs. We even provide playing cards and board games should you feel the need for a quiet night in! Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, so may not be suitable for guests

The apartment is located in the very heart of Kazimierz, the old Jewish area of Krakow, just 200m from the lively Plac Nowy square and a 10 minute walk from the main square, river and castle. This is an ideal location for easy access to all of the interesting attractions in Krakow. Whilst the area is busy with restaurants, cafes, bars and Plac Nowy market the apartment is quiet due to its position on the 4th floor which also gives lovely views of the area.

Krakow

Kazimierz is the Jewish district just 10 minutes walk south of Krakow Old Town and close to the Wisła River. Kazimierz was the centre of Jewish life in Kraków for over 500 years, before it was destroyed during World War II. Kazimierz was made famous in the 1990's through the lens of Steven Spielberg in the Pianist. Since then Kazimierz has become Krakow's most exciting district – a bustling, bohemian neighbourhood packed with historical sites, atmospheric cafes and art galleries. The district has numerous synagogues and Jewish cemeteries and is close to the Schindler museum and a new modern art gallery. No other place in Europe conveys a sense of pre-war Jewish culture on the continent better than Kazimierz. As a result, the district has become a major tourist attraction. The excellent cafe's, restaurants and bars make Kazimierz the best place for tourists to stay in Krakow.
