This super detached villa sits on a large private plot which is situated close to the picturesque villages of Kouklia, Mandria , Aphrodite Hills & and Pissouri villages, with the bustling town of Paphos only 15km away.

Set just back from the coast this wonderful location brings the pleasures of peace, tranquillity, fresh air and a drier and more pleasant climate to all who visit.

Villa Adelais is a superbly furnished and equipped 4 bedroom villa. Translated, 'Adelais' means noble and the name Alice is derived from it. You might be forgiven for believing you are in Wonderland when relaxing by private pool taking in the commanding views overlooking Secret Valley, the coast and the deep blue Mediterranean sea.

1st bedroom is on floor level so ideal for persons with limited mobility! Other 3 bedrooms are all on 1st floor level. Each room equipped with dressing table & mirror, with ample wardrobe space, the master bedroom features a private balcony area with a lovely sea view.

“Lovely villa with an amazing swimming pool!!!”

We definitely enjoyed our holiday in sunny Paphos because of the very homely villa we stayed in. Upon arriving at 'Villa Adelais' we were so excited about how clean, organised and comfy it was. The highlight for us was the swimming pool. Our children enjoyed having daily swims and splashes as often as they wanted to. We also loved the fact that the villa provided everything we needed and more. It is situated in a very quiet area and with close proximity to places of interest. As a family we will definitely recommend 'Villa Adelais'. I've got friends who are already thinking of visiting Paphos next summer and so I'll be passing on your details to them.

We spent a wonderful holiday in the villa Adelais. The house is very well maintained and very cozy - everything very clean. The garden is planted, plenty of sun beds, the pool is huge and the water clear. The handling of the bookings is correct and the deposit has been carried out as soon as possible. In short: a house to recommend

FRom the booking straight through to the time we wen home was PERFECT. JANE is amazing with detailing the property, directions, recommending restaurants Local sights etc. Always returned my e mails within hours. Deposit paid back next day. Helen the Agent is charming, very helpful, chatty, time to have a coffee. Nothing too. Much bother. Villa was clean, welcoming. Garden Immaculate. Swimming Pool amazing Welcome pack ensures you don't go hungry when you arrive. Thought of everything. Can't recommend it enough PERFECTION AS I SAY PERFECT IN EVERY WAY.

How do damage deposits work?
