Description
Villa Arista is situated in the prestigious Venus Rock/Secret Valley Resort. Secret Valley Golf Club and Aphrodite Hills Resort are only a short 5 minute drive away.
There are traditional Cypriot villages nearby with their friendly and varied restaurants and tavernas. These include Mandria, famous for its citrus fruit, Kouklia with its archaeological sites and the charming hillside Pissouri.
There are many local attractions for everyone and you are also only 5/10 minutes drive from the world famous spot where legend has it Aphrodite, goddess of love, emerged from the Mediterranean Sea.
The rich warm tones of the spacious living room welcome you to put your feet up and relax and enjoy the pool and garden view from the patio doors.
The mature garden is beautifully landscaped providing a tranquil oasis in the midday sun.
The dining area which can seat up to eight people is adjacent to the roomy kitchen provides for all the cooking needs of a family or group of friends. Patio doors conveniently lead directly onto an outdoor terrace for alfresco dining.
Step through the living room doors onto a poolside patio for sunbathing and take a dip when you need to cool off.
Upstairs the master bedroom has en suite bathroom and private balcony with sea views, ideal for a lazy breakfast or late morning cuppa.
There are two further bedrooms each with large twin single beds, plenty of cupboard space and both have en suite bathrooms.
Secret Valley is situated 7km from Paphos airport and 60 km from Limassol. A car is essential.

“Back again”
We had such a lovely holiday last year at Villa Arista we decided to go back again! Another relaxing break, the villa has everything you need and more. Thank you Susan and Robert.

“Perfect Villa in a quiet location”
Just back from 12 days at Villa Arista. We were looking for a Villa in a quite location, close to good restaurants, large private pool, close to airport. Villa Arista ticked all of these and more. Booking was simple; Susan answered emails quickly and was able to answer any questions I had. She and her husband Robert were on hand in Cyprus if there were any issues (which there weren't!) The Villa is VERY spacious and very well equipped; like a home from home.The photos really don't do it justice. It's set on a complex of Villas, but not overlooked and on a quite road. A lot of our time was spent around the large pool. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. something our teenage boys loved. The villages of Kouklia and Mandria are 5-10 mins drive away. Both have a variety of restaurants and bars. We would definitely book again. Thank you Susan and Robert x

“Villa Arista”
As a family I visited paphos and hired this villa in secret valley we had wonderful time nice swimming pool very clean and good size.Villa has nice good size three bedrooms with each bedroom has on suite lots of wardrobes and fully air conditioning rooms Lounge kitchen dinninng area is very bright and all the family facilities Nice size fridge freezer dishwasher and washing machine.Everything what you need was there. I would definitely recommend my family and friends and I would certainly go again next year.
