Dear quests,

After couple of years of advertising our on trip advisor, we have merged our two apartments Villa Marija I and II in one comfortable penthouse unit, in order to achieve higher and better standard of our accomodation.

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us.

We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day with our car, also we will do our best to transfer you back in port on the check out day.

In front of the house there is a parking place and our concrete beach, equipped with berth for boat up to 7 m, free of charge .

The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the seaview from our terraces, told by our past quests.

The penthouse consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 seaview terraces, living room and well equipped large kitchen. Penthouse has 2 air condition devices, free wi-fi and sat tv. 2 bedrooms are with double bed, and the third one is the child room with 2 separated beds.Also you can use our shared laundry and barbecue, both placed on the same floor. Penthouse is totally sized at around 100 sq.met. space.

“Fantastic location and views”

Fantastic penthouse apartment with amazing views across to to the mainland with a constant stream of ships and boats going past. Kids loved swimming off the jetty in the clear water and we could walk into Korcula although a good 15 min walk which was fine if you avoid the hottest part of the day. Hosts collected us and dropped us off at the ferry which was a great help and the home made wine was lovely. Overall, a very relaxing enjoyable stay

“Nice house althoufg mostly on the shadow side”

The house is located close to Korcula town only a 15 min nice walking. The house was spacy. We liked the town, the island, the house and the hosts were service minded. We really enjoyed the mornings on the sea side terrace with view of the sea and surroundings. Unfortunately we had to leave the vacation home ad-hoc the forth morning due to notification of our youngest son being ivolved in a serious traffic incident at home. For a luxury vacation house we were surprised on the following items and sincerely recommend the property owner to take corrective action on:: 1) The freezer was filled with old smelling fish 2) The capacity of the hot water tank for washing of cups, glasses, plates and other kitchen items were little giving look warm water 3) Shower heads were leaking 4) Cleanliness on the kitchen items could be improved If these items are corrected, we may recommend holiday rental. I am very sorry because you had to quit your vacation due to your sons incident. Thanks for your notifications about things we can do better in the apartment, thats helping us doing better our the meantime, we had solved this technical problems. Just wondering why didnt you tell us about that objections while you stayed by us ? it was very easy for us to fix all this small technical problems- to solve all that which you had wrote on your public review, it wasnt taken more than half hour. just to mention, on check in day i have opened dish wash machine, placed in the same kitchen, in front of you, so why didnt you use it instead of handy washing of the dishes? Also, i had opened large freezer, clean and empty, which is provided for our quests.Why didnt you tell me that you additional one? I am the host for 32 years . We respect and welcome our quests very much, the fact that the most of them book our property even they dont know us personelly - is that something enough to be respected by normal host?Is that a miracle?Yes, it is. So every normal host has to keep that on mind.We do. Best regards, Nikola

“Wonderful views”

Amazing views from each of the two balconies. A comfortable apartment, with dishwasher and shared washing machine. A 10 min walk into Korcula which has restaurants, supermarket etc. Steps lead down to your concrete pier, great for swimming in the sea or mooring a rented kayak. We had a great week with our teenage boys. The hosts were great. They met us off the ferry and gave us a lift back the day of our departure.
