Description

Villa Dessin stands out because of its ideally location, its modern structure and unique interior decoration. Villa Dessin is a brand new two storey structure of 130sqm only 50m from Kolymbari Beach and all kind of amenities. Stone and wood have harmonically united with touches of red and yellow in each room offering a relaxing and meanwhile luxury accommodation. The interior is mainly characterized by its open – air spaces so that you can sense the feeling of fresh air dominating all over the place. The exterior features a 50sqf private swimming pool with a children’s section, a beautiful deck with a dining table and right next to it is placed the gas barbeque for your most indulging and relaxed meals. Large parts of the outside are covered with lawn, plants and colorful flowers adding to the beautiful scenery. (Optional heating of the pool with extra cost of 350 Euro per week).

Ground Floor:

- A spacious living room with comfortable modern furniture and a two- sided fireplace looking both, the inside and the outside of the villa.

- A fully equipped kitchen featuring all the amenities (microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, grill, electric hotplates, fridge, refrigerator, tv, filter coffee maker).

- A bedroom with 2 single beds that can be attached to a large double bed. The bedroom also has a private terrace with a table and comfortable armchairs.

- A bathroom with shower cabin.

- Laundry facilities.

First Floor:

- A Master Bedroom with a large double bed and an attic with a sofa bed that converts to a large double bed (the ladder to the attic needs caution, not suitable for children under 15 y.o.). The Master Bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tab.

- A bedroom with 2 single beds that can be attached to a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.

- A beautifully furnished first floor terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and the excellent view of the surrounding area, accessable by both bedrooms.

Villa’s Exterior:

- Private peddle road entering the villa with local plantation right and left to it.

- Stone fence around the villa harmonized with wooden touches, leaving the sense of safety and privacy.

- An overflowing private swimming pool of 50 m2 including a children’s section. In addition the whole swimming pool is covered by a slightly rough material making it less slippery and leaving a natural sandy feeling. (Optional heating of the pool with extra cost of 350 Euro per week).

- 6 comfortable sunbeds.

- Shower.

- A gas BBQ under the shade of the modern pergola and the necessary kitchen facilities.

- Private garage space with pergola and electric opening door for 1 car and 3 more parking spaces outside the villa.

“Really great villa”

We arrived late (11pm) and the owner was waiting for us to show us everything and had bought some food so we could have dinner which was very thoughtful! The villa is fantastic, everything you could need in every room as well as really good Wi-fi, smart TV with Netflix, iPlayer etc. Beds really comfy and whole place inside and out spotless! Gas BBQ also really useful! Overall a great villa, really close to the beach, taverna’s and supermarkets! Be aware at this time of year quite a lot is closed but meant it was lovely and quiet and obviously the price of the villa reflects it is out of season! Would highly recommend!

How do damage deposits work?
