Suite LIdia

Suite LIdia is the ideal type of accommodation for families up to 6 persons, who seek peace and quiet during their vacations.

Located at the front of the hotel, on the ground floor, it has a large terrace with a breathtaking view to the sea.

The suite consists of two bedrooms, equally spacious and comfortable. In the first one, there is a double bed (with an eco-friendly mattress) and a chest of drawers. The bedroom is air conditioned with ceiling fan and a window overlooking the sea and the yard of the building.

In the second bedroom, there are three single beds (separated or joined, according to the guest’s needs), with eco-friendly mattresses, a wardrobe and French door that overlooks the back yard.

More specifically, in suite Lidia you are going to find:

- A fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary major or small appliances, such as a fridge, a cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a mixer, a grill toaster, a kettle and anything else you might need to prepare your meal or breakfast.

- A dining room and a living room with home cinema, modern corner sofa and an exquisite view to the sea.

- A spacious, modern-style, fully-equipped main bathroom, with a washing machine and all the necessary detergents and clothes iron.

- Bed linens and towels are included.

Check-in welcoming includes complimentary wine and fruit.Coffee, tea and all other food & drink items are complimentary.

Pets are not allowed (though we love them).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If DIMITRIS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
