Each villa can be rented separately.
One bedroom Villa is equipped with 1 double bedroom , 1 en-suite bathroom with shower , open plan living sitting area ( sofa bed for extra 2 persons ), air-conditioned, oven , fridge, a flat screen TV , in one level Villa for up to 4 persons in a shared pool.
Each house is independent with its own veranda and with amazing views of Chania Town.
The pool is common for the 2 semi detached houses.
Please be so kind to be quiet after 21.00 with no loud music and do not disturb your neighbours.
Each house is a self catering house and its very important to know the estimated time of arrival so one of our team can be there and give you the keys.
As the pool is not under constant supervision, it is stressed that guests are responsible for their own safety whilst in the pool area.
Running, jumping or diving in the pool area is not permitted.
