Brand new & stylishly furnished, it has 2 luxurious bathrooms, open plan living space, a high-spec kitchen & outdoor dining. Set in the exclusive Coconut Bay, with gardens, large shared pool*, private beach & fantastic restaurant, the apartment is ideal for couples, friends & families. Perfect for a luxury get-away! 1 hr 45 mins from Krabi airport.

Coconut Bay is located on the beautiful west coast of Koh Lanta in a secluded private bay. With landscaped gardens and a backdrop of lush mountains this really is a stunning place. The apartment is within a new apartment building with 9 other apartments. Stylish and spacious with everything you could need, the space and surrounding area is the perfect place for an exotic self-catered holiday. With a large balcony, this is a bright, spacious 2-bed apartment perfect for couples, friends and families.

You will have access to the whole apartment as well as the wider Coconut Bay amenities including the pool, gardens, restaurant.

The Area:

Coconut Bay is an exclusive development of 18 residences with some resort facilities. As such it enjoys a laid-back relaxed atmosphere. Occupied by holiday makers and owners alike, it is friendly, welcoming and safe. This is the perfect spot for families or those wanting to escape the noise of the busier resort areas. Coconut Bay is located on a private beach, with a few great restaurants close by and just 2 minutes away by tuk tuk is Klong Nin, one of Lanta's most beautiful long white sand beaches. Klong Nin has many restaurants including Thai beach restaurants and one of the best Western restaurants on the island, Yang's. A 10 minute drive further south and you arrive at the island's most exotic beaches. 10-15 minutes drive north will find you in Klong Dao, a highly populated beach area and then into Saladeang where you will find the largest supermarket, banks, port etc. A 10 minute drive across the island from Coconut Bay takes you via a beautiful scenic road to Koh Lanta, Old Town, a must see on any trip - an authentic Chinese fishing town with beautiful architecture.

Getting around:

There are car parking spaces for residents and guests - these are not allocated but there is space for cars and bikes. In terms of transport, there are always tuk tuk's outside the main driveway next to Moonlight resort next door.

Other things to note:

We are very family and children friendly - just ask if you need a cot, highchair and any other baby equipment including toys etc. This apartment is for sale therefore if a potential buyer wants to view it during your stay, we would contact you to ask permission and give you at least 24 hours notice; the visit would be no more than 5 minutes and you will be given complimentary drinks at the restaurant as a thank you. Sales will not affect guest bookings.

Strictly no smoking in the apartment or charges will be applied. No loud parties, slamming doors, loud music and please be quiet when coming in at night. Those looking for a party would probably prefer somewhere located in the north of the island. Please respect the public spaces. No glass or alcohol in the pool at any time. The owners and management have the right to refuse entry or terminate the booking at any time subject to house rules being broken or other unacceptable behaviour.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Claire (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
