Private Beachfront Villa

Situated on Chang Noi Beach, a large bay surrounded on each side by mountainous rain forest. The beach is clean white sand with a crystal clear sea just a few meters from the house. In the evening you can watch the spectacular sunset. Probably the quietest and one the most beautiful beaches on the island

The village includes two restaurants, a club house, two large salt water swimming pools, a 9 hole pitch and put golf course and a marina.

Wake to the sound of the sea, cook breakfast or walk along the beach to two nearby restaurants. During the day sit in the tropical garden. In the evening, view the spectacular sunset over the lagoon from the downstairs terrace or the upstairs balcony.

Downstairs - living room with open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, electric hob, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery etc.

Dining area with table and 6 chairs.

Bedroom with King bed and two bedroom cupboards furnished in golden teak, en suite shower room, double washroom and toilet, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside there is a boardwalk and stairs to the 1st floor where there is a roof terrace shaded by a pergola and climbing plants and additional seating.

Upstairs bedroom with a King bed and balcony overlooking the sea, and at the back there is a shower room, wash room and toilet leading to a 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed, wardrobe, and settee. .

A limited cleaning service is provided 3 days a week. Additional maid and laundry services may be available if booked in advance and paid direct to the provider.

Air conditioning in every room.

Free wireless internet.

The renter must agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Village, and not to cause any nuisance or annoyance to neighbours.

Ko Chang

We are 10 minutes from the car ferry, and 10 minutes away from the local village of Klong Son where you can find a 7/11, a local market and Thai restaurants. Further up the Klong Son valley there is the best elephant camp on the island. bustling White Sands Beach with its pubs, restaurants, shops and bars is about 15 minutes away, and the fishermans village of Bang Bao with its restaurants on the pier over the water is about 45 minutes away

House rules

The Villa is a private house. There is a limited maid service to clean the villa 3 times a week. The owner must leave the house in reasonable condition.
We do not allow more than 6 people with the exception, by advance agreement, of one infant as the villa is designed to sleep 6 people in comfort
The renter has the same right to access as the owner to the on-site facilities of the village including the two swimming pools, beach bar, and the Beach Club restaurant.
