Description

Vakantiewoning 't Nophof**** is een enig mooie retro-ingerichte hoeve in het prachtig landschap van de Vlaamse Ardennen, met glooiingen en legendarische tot bergen verheven heuvels als Kwaremont, Koppenberg, Paterberg, Kluisberg,... .
Vanuit deze compleet gerenoveerde U-hoeve - met inrichting, bbq, alle modern comfort en logies voor wel 10 personen - ontdek je wandelend of fietsend deze werkelijk unieke streek.
Geniet van de uitzonderlijke stilte en van de vergezichten.

Het varkenshok van ooit werd een sfeervolle inkomhal.
De runderenstal werd omgetoverd tot werkelijk een heel originele en unieke zit-, TV-, Internet- en speelruimte met een eigentijdse houtkachel die bijverwarming combineert met ouderwetse warme gezelligheid.
In het woongedeelte van de benedenverdieping zijn alle bouwmaterialen behouden: kleurrijke vloerstenen met motieven uit de tijd van toen; de muren halfhoog sierlijk betegeld. In de nieuw ingericht keuken: alle voorzieningen van elektrisch kookvuur over dampkap tot magnetron, vaatwasser en koelkast. Een wasmachine en diepvrieskast bieden extra comfort. De 2 slaapkamers hebben elk een nieuw geïnstalleerde badkamer met inloopdouche en apart toilet. Het aanpalend voederhok werd omgebouwd tot overdekte zit/eetplaats. De ganse woonst wordt met gas centraal verwarmd.

Bij de restauratie werden op de vroeger graanzolder 4 eigentijdse slaapkamers ingericht met 2 badkamers en een apart toilet. Alles met respect voor de prachtige dakstructuur van vroeger maar nu degelijk geïsoleerd en gasverwarmd.

Een wilde tuin en ruime schuur bieden ideale speel- en ontspanningsruimte voor groot en klein.
Een afgesloten ruime tuin voor de woning zorgt voor de veiligheid van de allerkleinsten.
De aanpalende wilde tuin, de zitjes onder de notenboom en het overdekt terras zullen bekoren voor gezellig avondlijk keuvelen of bbq waarbij je jezelf kan overstijgen.
