There are two buildings; the living quarters are behind the Main house. The main building is comprised the dining area, the kitchen, the powder room, a comfortable living room with accordion doors that open onto the infinity pool.

Imagine living in a 5-Star luxury villa, with your own private pool, on a white sand beach, with nothing but sand between you and the ocean. Beachfront: Our villa is 20 meters from the sandy beach and ocean waves.
Oceanfront: You cannot get much closer to the ocean without being on a boat.

Balcony: The balcony is on the second floor Master bedroom.

Limited Accessibility: If you are on crutches, you can get around the property, and stay in the downstairs bedroom, however, it is not really wheel-chair friendly.

This is a lovely villa on a beautiful beach. We were a party of 6 and although the villa is only 2 bedrooms there was plenty of room for us all. The villa is on Klong Nin beach which is a beautiful long stretch lined with small hotels and many good restaurants. The area is lively but not for those wanting to party the night away. We had 3 teenage children with us and there was lots for them to do. This is a great area for families.we had a great time on koh Lanta and loved this villa and would definitely come back again. Great place for a bit of R &R .

How do damage deposits work?

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
