Villa by the sea in Dalmatia. 1 hour's drive north of Dubrovnik. The house with the million dollar view. Wonderful views of sea and mountains and sunsets. Quiet location. Several beaches nearby and walking tracks in countryside. Within easy reach of tourist sites like Mostar and Korcula, Dubrovnik and Split.

The house is solidly built with modern kitchen, bathrooms and conservatory. Balconies facing the sea for 3 bedrooms and living room. Terraced garden with BBQ terrace..

Owner's reply:
This was due to a quick changever and the housekeeper could not do enough in the time available. All other aspects have been dealt with including the dishwasher. The house has been largely redecorated and thoroughly cleaned.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Juliet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
