All the construction techniques and materials have been selected and realized from Italian Companies leaders in the exterior and interior Design.

The Property is located right facing the marvelous white beach of Kiwengwa ,10 minutes distant from the beautiful Island of Mnemba, today Property of Mr. and Mrs. Gates, and an absolute Paradise that entitle Amani Home to be one of the most beautiful luxury residence to stay in order to enjoy the beauty of this outstanding Island rare pearl of the whole Indian Ocean.

"Amani Home its a modern villa located in Kairo, in one of the most beautiful port of the island of Zanzibar named kiwengwa . Kairo is a little fisherman village of a really friendly and educate people . Our Property own a 182 sqm of private beach area just in front of the Indian ocean, of course, the Villa is facing a public beach that is absolutely unique beauty .... who has been here knows very well ! Once you have arrived with your taxi you immediately didn’t like the Village calling it “destitute and Broken down disadvantage village“ a bit offensive on my point of view ... Then you start to talk about your worries for your luxury goods: sunglasses, dresses and start to criticized the local people as possible thief even non considering my recommendation and that you do have a private safe deposit box on your bedrooms , instead you start to pretend a full money refund back ( the rate was not refundable ), so another alternative Private Beach Villa , with even a much bigger Private beach area was offered , which you have rejected. The worst part of the real story is that you and your friend start immediately to be real abusive to the local people who was there at your disposal , meaning my Staff . The rate booked was a prepaid rate non refundable. So from that point started your revenge against the local Staff with no reason and justification at all Me, as an owner, I felt offended from your bad behavior and start to defend my staff who honestly work for me since 4 yeas from the day of our opening. And you was KINDLY asked even from our GM , Fahmi directly “please Madam stope to mistreat and abuse to us“ .... Money our Houskeeper, was crying .... you were making a photo of her meanwhile she was cleaning calling her and Maria “ babies from the village “ and laughing in there faces . Our team from housekeeper to chef (Mcha)to our GM(Fahmi) everyone were at your full disposal adapting to your own schedule but you make there life miserable , during all your stay ... So after 48 hours of this nightmare, as an owner I have decided to give you back the money ! We really don’t want this type of guest with such a bad behavior at our home so me and you agree and I refund you the balance . I’m so sad and sorry for my staff and for me as well for the nightmare we were leaving . Guest showed such a bad behavior and sense of revenge that even Police was called for the legal actions due to all damages provoked by the 2 ladies. After check out Fahmi find out 4 huge cuts about 50/60 cm each on our main living room sofa (hidden under the sofa pillows); cuts in all the cables of our all electronic devises: microwave, kettle, mixer, juice extractor ....we do have videos and pictures , also made by a client that heard our Houskeeper Money crying and come across and also report to the Police In 4 years running this property with no hesitation I can say it has been the worst people I have found ever , no education , no respect, and dangerous to anyone with no reason at all. I am absolutely sorry for my adorable staff and myself that we had go through all this nightmare."

How do damage deposits work?
