Stylishly furnished fully air conditioned\centrally heated 2 bedroom apartment available in this well situated low lying newly built 5 star rated complex. Cypress Gardens offers all visitors a feature pool which includes a Jacuzzi style whirlpool spa and fully equipped gymnasium all set within beautifully landscaped private gardens. The apartment has its own allocated parking space and the whole complex is protected by coded electronic gates. Situated on the 1st floor, this apartment offers comfortable self catering accommodation for up to 6 people and can be used as an ideal base by all types of visitors.

Corporate guests, couples, large families, wedding parties or groups of friends who prefer the freedom to choose their own daily activities and then return to peaceful tranquil surroundings are most welcome to take advantage of the well equipped kitchen and enjoy meals on the pool facing balconies. An evening in can be enjoyed by sitting back and relaxing in front of the widescreen TV and taking advantage of the inbuilt movie-centers which include over 100 of the latest movies or challenging your friends and family to a game on the PlayStation. WiFi is also available for a small surcharge and there are also some board games, books and playing cards and some DVD's which can be played using the PlayStation. Cypress Gardens is a low lying 2 floor complex and has wide stairwells and an elevator which offers easy access for the less able.

The apartment also has its own private covered parking space situated next to the entrance of the block and right next to the elevator. Access to the complex is protected by electric gates and all of the facilities are only available to guests of the complex and are available at no extra cost. Communal sunbeds with umbrellas are also available around the pool area and there is also a public shower and toilet area which are available 24\7. The pool includes a built-in jacuzzi\spa and the fully equipped gymnasium is also available 7 days a week. The center of Kiti is well within walking distance as are all of the main shops and supermarkets. There are also a number of local bars, restaurants and tavernas with most offering take away and delivery services. Local maps will be provided as well as information travel guides which include recommendations.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
