Magnolia View is in The Enclave, which is the area of the most select of the family homes in Windsor Hills Resort, and is set higher on Bunker Hill than the houses behind it, therefore the view above the rooftops of the road behind the house enables you to see the evening fireworks from Epcot and Magic Kingdom, as well as ensuring you will not be overlooked from behind the pool and spa. You can feel perfectly safe inside the brand-new Windsor Hills Resort grounds. Windsor Hills has 24-hour gated security to ensure your privacy and safety.

This is a superb destination with all the facilities of an upmarket resort, centered around a fabulous water park pool. This is registered as being the closest rental community to Disney at within 2 mi. Need a break from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks? You could easily spend a whole week inside the Windsor Hills Resort and never get bored. Windsor Hills is loaded with amenities, and as our guests, you are free to enjoy them as much as you like. Our home is located just a short walk to the multi-million dollar clubhouse and pool which is kept heated to a regular 82'. You will enjoy lounging at our unique Olympic-size free-form pool, designed to resemble a tropical lagoon. The kids will love sliding down the 2-story high waterslide or running through the splash-pad. The grown-ups will appreciate a relaxing time in the spa or on the sundeck, with a picnic and barbeque area, billiards and table tennis, socializing areas.The clubhouse has an amazing set of amenities.You can shoot pool, play ping-pong or football, burn some calories in the fitness center, enjoy a movie of your choice at the resort's private 58 seat movie theater, or just relax in the clubhouse's comfortable lounges with new friends. This villa is amazing it has everything you need and close to all parks shops and restaurants. We just didn't want to leave and when I get back to florida I will definitely stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrea (the owner) a message.

If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
