POOL SAFETY FENCE!!!! - Florida law requires that doors leading out to the pool have an alarm. THAT IS NOT ENOUGH!. If you are traveling with children please make sure the house you are renting has a pool safety fence.

This Beautiful home is well situated, close to all major attractions and amenities, and only minutes from Disney! Enjoy the day at the park & come home for a 'cooling off' in our beautiful heated pool. The entertainment center in the living room is equipped with cable TV, DVD, VCR. Enjoy all of your meals in the fully equipped eat in kitchen and elegant dining room. Two master bedrooms, one with an elegant king-size bed and the other with a queen size bed, walk in closet and cable TV. The third and forth bedrooms have two twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TVs to keep everyone happy. Fun filled Game Room with Pool table, Ping Pong, Foosball.. and more. Other amenities include Washer, Dryer, Ironing board & Iron. Crib & Highchair are available for use as well. All towels and linens are included and all local & long distance (in US) phone calls are free. We even have toys for the children This House Has It All !!

PRIVATE POOL: Our villa has a private pool with the added advantage of a privacy fence for secluded swimming. Ideal for families who need a completely private pool (fenced on all sides with no 2 level homes overlooking it). There is also a covered lanai and comfortable pool furniture.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: An excellent location, this villa is a 10 to 15 minute drive to the magic of the Disney attractions. It is also only 1 mile off of RT192 where you will find restaurants and many of Orlando's smaller attractions (Old Town, Helicopter Rides, Indoor Flee Market's, Super Wal-Mart, Air boating, Miniature Golf, restaurants...).

We do not live locally, this is our vacation home. Our mangement company is excellent and is available for anything you need during your stay. When you arrive in Orlando you go directly to the house, no extra stop for key pickup. The key is in a lockbox outside the front door of our home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
