We welcome to our luxurious and spacious 3000 sqft villa with home theater, game room, and a private pool and spa, backing onto a beautiful pond. With high end furnishings this home was designed to exceed all your expectations and make your stay both memorable and enjoyable. Our Villa is a beautiful place to retire at the end of an eventful day, offering everything you could possibly desire in a vacation home, relax in the pool/spa, watch a movie in the home theater, play snooker, read a book from our library, walk/jog on the trail around the pond or better yet watch Disney's fireworks from the lounge chair while sipping a drink. Did we leave out anything ? Hope not !

Great room / Family room

The spacious great room is homey and welcoming--a place where everyone will gather for conversation and entertainment. The great room is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling and three large skylights.

The family room has comfortable sofas, 50' flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player for you to enjoy.

Kitchen

The bright and airy gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal. The spacious fully appointed kitchen is accented by a raised bar and stools.

There is a formal dining area with seating for six. The eat-in dinette, with sitting for six, is adjacent to the dining area so that as many as 12 can enjoy meals together if desired.

All pots, pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, blender, toaster, slow cooker etc. are provided. Kitchen is also equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom 1: Master suite has a king sized bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with a garden style tub along with a separate stand-up shower and double vanity. It also has a 42’’ LCD TV with digital cable. Walk-in closet, night tables, alarm clock and drawer dresser with mirror. French door through the bathroom takes to the pool deck area. Swim and walk straight into your en-suite bathroom.

Master Bedroom 2: The second master has a king sized bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. It also has a 32’’ LCD TV with digital cable. Walk-in closet, night tables and alarm clock. French door through the bathroom takes to the pool deck area. Swim and walk straight into your en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: This room has queen size bed ceiling fan and a 22’’ LCD TV with basic cable. There is also a third bathroom with a tub/shower combination in the hallway between bedrooms 3 & 4. Built-in closet and night-tables as well extra linen.

Bedroom 4: This room has two twin beds and a ceiling fan. It also has a 22’’ LCD TV with basic cable. Built-in closet and night-tables as well extra linen.

Bedroom 5: This room has a queen size bed and a ceiling fan. It also has a 22’’ LCD TV with basic cable. There is a bathroom (4th bathroom) with a tub/shower combination adjoining to this bedroom. Built-in closet and night-tables as well extra linen.

Bathrooms

All the 4 full baths are equipped with hair dryers.

All the baths have adequate supply of towels, hand cloths and face cloths.

Bathroom # 1 - Double vanity with large soaking tub and separate shower.

Bathroom # 2, 3 and 4 - Mirrored vanity with a tub/shower combination.

Game Room

The game room has a pool table and a home theater.

Pool and Lanai

In the evening you can watch the spectacular Epcot fireworks from the comfort of a lounge chair in our pool/spa area. Enjoy the private pool and spa, while sipping drinks and watching fireworks.

The covered lanai area has 4 chairs, 4 reclining lounge chairs, 2 small tables and cushioned patio set with coffee table. Backyard backs onto a pond that has a walking/jogging trail around it.
