Description

Sleeps up to 8 guests!!! This one, of our Villas is Florida Villa Dreams Come True , Our villa accommodation comprises of an 'open plan' with cathedral ceilings, large lounge area with 2x queen size sofa beds and dining room for 6. Flat screen “50” HD T.V and DVD player.

There is a separate fitted kitchen, complete with breakfast table & chairs for 4, and fully equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and waste disposal unit and patio doors leading to the pool deck - perfect for al-fresco dining and relaxing in the sun.

The Master bedroom with pool access, has a Queen Size bed and an en-suite bathroom, consisting of a separate shower, tub and screened shower and 'His & Her' vanity units.

The Master bedroom also as flat screen “32” HD T.V and DVD player is..

Two further bedrooms are located upstairs – Children's themed room, with a set of bunk beds & 1 twin bed.

Guest bedroom with Queen Bed, with TV - share the upstairs second bathroom which consists of vanity unit, WC, Tub with over head shower.

Laundry facilities located in the garage - full size washer and tumble dryer. We also have a children air hockey table and darts board.
Additional facilities include, crib, buggy, babies bedding, hair dryers, hair, D.V.D, Cable T.V. All free of charge.

Holiday at our both beautiful 3-bedroom villas in Orlando, Florida. Refurbished to the highest standards with all new Lounge furniture, new kitchen accessories, elegant bedroom furniture, linens and towels,

OUTSIDE: - Double garage, driveway, and parking.
POOL: - Our spacious, fully air-conditioned villa has it's own private screened pool, backing onto a wooded conservation area. The pool is oblong shaped with steps leading into the shallow end, Underwater Pool Light means you can swim whatever time of day or night. Great after a day at the parks! Outdoor lighting ensures you can use the pool deck in the evening.

All doors leading onto the pool deck are alarmed. The patio furniture is top of the range, and Pool heat is available on request. Smoking is restricted to pool terrace only please.

How do damage deposits work?
