Just 5 miles away from the Disney attractions, located just off the 192 west Kissimmee where you will never be short of Gift shops, designer outlet malls, restaurants & supermarkets!!

Sunset Lakes is a small exclusive gated community surrounded by Lakes & overlooking a conservation area, with a community pool, playground & fishing permitted from the broad walk. Sunset Lakes has attracted increasing amounts of wildlife over the years & we would like to continue to do this. This is one of the reasons that owners & guests alike, return to the community.

Our executive home is open plan, attractive, spacious & fully furnished to a higher than normal standard for rental homes. The pool area has a covered lanai & looks out over a peaceful conservation area & lake.

A west - facing lakefront swimming pool.

Fully furnished 4 bedrooms, 1 master King-size bedroom with ensuite, 1 queen bed & 2 twin rooms, all with fitted wardrobes, Cable T.V.with built -in DVD players, Air conditioned/heating & ceiling fans.

Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. A SAFE has also been supplied free of charge.

The furnished living area is spacious with a SMART plasma screen T.V with surround sound & Dvd player. Stereo with mp3 player.

The family kitchen has all modern ameneties at hand with open plan dining table & patio doors that lead to that all important out-side pool lanai area for family "alfresco dining".

We are a family with small children & have furnished our home with other families in mind, to include board games, Dvd's, pool lights, pool play equipment & a patio door alarm to signal entrance to the pool area.

Whether you spend the day at the theme parks, or relaxing in your own pool, there's never been a more comfortable vacation than in a place you can call home from home. View our photo's & enjoy the amazing amenities of this beautiful home.

Our home is managed by a local management company on call 24/7 who have a 3AAA RATING.

The most convenient way & to get the best out of your vacation is to rent a vehicle, because although there is so much Disney on your doorstep there is a lot more to Florida than just Mickey! If you're not into driving a taxi would be advised as the best second choice.

I am willing to answer any questions that may arise by email or text. A welcome pack (6 emails) is usually sent to you via email 2 weeks prior to your arrival. I will ask for a memorable PIN number so I can activate the electronic door lock system only for the duration of your stay. We have a 3AAA rated management company on call 24/7 to ensure your vacation is just perfect!

“House perfect and location fabulous.”

Fantastic location in gated community, wonderful outlook to the lake and wooded area. crystal clear pool with plenty of space to relax Home well equipped with everything you need easy access to all restaurants and shopping on HWY192 and close to Disney for families. We had no problems during our stay , however the owner was very attentive and helpful We will be back.
