Welcome to Villa Sunrise Dream, Sunset Lakes our fabulous lakeside haven, in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida.

In a prime location, just 4 miles from Disney World on the stunning gated community of Sunset Lakes (a prestigious, peaceful, gated community), we are close to US192 in the much sought after Formosa area with many shops and restaurants nearby. Villa Sunrise Dream is close enough to the attractions (Disney is less than 10 minutes) to return home for a leisurely lunch and cooling swim during your day . Golfers will be spoilt for choice with numerous superb courses nearby.

Villa Sunrise Dream is bright and spacious with luxurious furnishings and 2 stunning King Four Poster Master Suites each with en-suite bathroom. The upstairs Master Suite has its own private balcony overlooking the lake. The wonderful 30ft private pool (with shallow kiddies section), extended deck and lanai overlook the stunning lake - enjoy the beautiful, spectacular sunsets and al fresco dining, or relax and rejuvenate in our fabulous Hot Tub/Spa.

For entertainment you'll love our Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball, Cable TV and will never be bored with TVs, DVDs, Stereo System, books for all ages, board games and jigsaw puzzles. For our younger guests we have a travel cot/cribs, highchair, strollers and a selection of toys. Need to keep in touch or surf the web? WIFI is also provided for your use. A second lounge, dining room and a further 3 bedrooms (one Disney themed) complete this wonderful Florida home.

During your stay with us our wonderful locally based management company are there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are fully licensed and compliant with the state hotel and licensing regulations for complete peace of mind.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dawn (the owner) a message.

If Dawn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
