Spacious and well appointed, the townhomes at Encantada make perfect vacation homes for families who want to be close to everything. The neighborhood's 9,000 sq ft clubhouse includes two heated community pools, a cyber café, a games arcade, a fitness center, and a large gathering room for relaxation.

This property has lake views and is situated within a gated community which has a resort style swimming pool, club house and play areas.

All linens and towels are provided, as is patio furniture,this vacation home is fully air conditioned and includes a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, fully equipped kitchen , Free High Speed Internet.

If you have any problems or anything goes wrong with our home during your stay we have a management company in place with a 24hr helpline. ,The home has a key less entry system so no need to collect keys from a management office. You can go straight to the home and start enjoying your vacation.

Need Baby-ware? Leave yours home. We supply it FREE of charge : high chair, stroller, porta-crib , etc.

“Disney Dream Villa”

Rating: Excellent The communication with the owner between booking and arrival was good and he promptly replied to any questions we had. The villa was located within an easy (15/20 minute) drive to all the Disney Parks and a 20 minute drive from the Seaworld Parks. It’s conveniently located off the Hwy 192 close to many restaurants. The Encantada resort in which the villa is located is very nice, clean and quiet which we really liked - a calm oasis after a day at the theme parks! It was gated and felt very safe. The villa Itself was also great for our party of 4 - it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The air con and fans were very welcome in the Florida humidity! We also appreciated the nets around the pool and the windows - my wife had her first ever mosquito bite free holiday! The private pool was small, but fine for our purposes (you wouldn’t be able to swim in it, but great for a relaxing dip). However there was a much bigger shared pool at the clubhouse which we used a couple of times. Our son also used the fitness suite at the clubhouse which was great for a quick workout. The 2 double rooms were great, the bedroom with the bunk beds in was probably more suited to younger children - for our 11 and 15 year old children it was a little cramped, and would be very cramped indeed for 4 tweens/teens. We didn’t do any cooking in the villa as we ate out every evening, so I can’t comment on the cooking facilities/utensils. But otherwise the villa was really well equipped - 2 bathrooms + additional toilet, ironing board + iron, hairdryers, towels, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice machine, kettle, coffee table that converted into a chessboard, cable TV (with TVs in the 2 double bedrooms too), spacious wardrobes with plenty of hangers… We really didn’t want for anything, it was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay and we would definitely stay here again if we were return to Florida.
