Description

Our home is a luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with its own private screened pool. The villa is located in Lake Berkley, a peaceful and gated subdivision situated approximately 10 min from the Walt Disney World entrance and is conveniently located for the other theme parks, restaurants and shopping.

The villa has 2 master bedrooms both with their own en suite bathroom. First master has a king-sized bed with flat screen TV, the second master has a queen-sized bed with flat screen TV, the 3rd bedroom has a further queen-sized bed and TV, while the 4th bedroom has 2 twins and has been decorated with a Disney theme for the kids.

The family room offers flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo. The full size kitchen with granite counter tops offers everything you need for your stay, fridge freezer, range, dishwasher, microwave oven. Pool area is spacious and fully enclosed.

The garage has been converted to a games room with pool table, air hockey and football table.

The home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.

Beautiful clean villa, well equipped, spacious and extremely relaxing and comfortable. Nice added touches i.e. the games room and security at the gate. The gardens and pool area kept clean and tidy. Fantastic communication from owner, will definitely return. Only one negative; ants in the kitchen, pool area and master bedroom ensuite towards the end of our stay. Thank you for making our stay so great.

This holiday was excellent the home was absolutely fab, it was differently home from home The villa we stayed in was pristine and had every little thing you could want and more. It was a pleasure to enter into a home that was spotless. I am a very fussy person and inspected every inch of the villa, it was welcoming and felt as though it made special for us, but i no that this must be how it was meant to fell for all that have stayed there. We are looking at returning again and would recommend this villa to anyone

This Vila has all that you need for an excellent holiday . The security at the gate are friendly and very helpful .the area is kept to wonderful standard and you are within 20 mins of Disney and universal Great place !!!!!!!!

We had an amazing time at this villa. The owners are incredibly helpful and arranged for a locksmith to come out to us straight away when I accidentally locked the bedroom closet! The décor and fittings are up to a very high spec and the pool was lovely. The estate that the property is on is very private and quiet and perfectly situated for getting on to the main roads to Disney and Universal, as well as the coast and the Keys. Walmart is at the top of the road which proved invaluable. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to relax after a mad day in Orlando! We can't wait to go back!

This was our 8th time in Orlando. . We stayed in this villa for Christmas and new year. The villa is in an ideal location close to a large Walmart, restaurants and of course Disney parks. My family consisted of 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. This was perfect as there was an en-suite for the adults, plus 2 extra bathrooms, which made getting ready in the mornings easy. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday - with the added bonus of a well equipped games rooms. The gated site the house sits on is delightful - very clean and secure. The owners communication was second to none. The even offered to get groceries into the villa on our arrival as we were arriving on the one day of the year that the Walmart was closed! I would defiantly use this villa again.

The gated complex is well maintained, and all the staff were lovely. The villa is fabulous and in a great position to get to all the theme parks, restaurants and shopping areas. The games room is perfect for both children and adults and the pool is a great size. Highly recommend it, would definitely use it again, it had everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday in Florida, we all had a great time.
